Really Nice appartment design. Cool Easy to locate. But difficult /wxpensive to have parking spot because its in Old Town.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and clean. Very accommodating also.

The "Design Apartment" itself was spacious and quite nice, with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and clothes washer. It would have been very comfortable for 3 nights, however unfortunately there was a mosquito problem that kept me awake both nights and covered in bites. (The problem was bad enough that I left a day early, because I could not risk another night of no sleep. I did not receive a refund for the last night) Clearly other guests also had issues with mosquitos, because there were dozens of squashed mosquitos on the walls and ceiling of the loft that were not cleaned up, hence the "ok" rating around cleanliness. Everything else about the apartment was clean, just not the mosquito guts. I have told the hotel of the mosquito issue, so hopefully they will clean them for the next guest. I also mentioned my suspicions that the mosquitos are living in the room, so hopefully they explore that as well, though they told me they "have no influence on insects". I feel bad saying this, but I would not recommend this room in the summer.

I am a regular guest here and I have always been given great service. Soemtimes I've made a reservation later than normal and the host has always worked to accommodate me. Properties are charming and each has personality.

Easy self access, contactless check in and very clean and comfortable room.

Perfect apartment with good location. Nice apartment but the sleeping sofa was hard. The shower had very hot water. No cleaning. No dishwatersoap. But the apartment had the most of Equipment. Perfect for friends.

Great apartment but downside was 49 stairs to climb and as we are both in our 60's not that much fun with two big suitcases. It might be worth pointing that out in the information. Otherwise apart from there being no knives to butter ones toast the apartment was clean, comfortable and airy. It was also nice and quiet and well placed for the old town and a short tram ride and walk from the railway station. We would come again but with less luggage.

Lovely Looking but hugely disappointing apartment. It was very well located and the initial impression is impressive. But the apartment had too many issues and the manager who met us was not remotely interested in resolving them. For example the main element of the Shower (The overhead rain shower) did not work, this was reported on the first day and nobody repaired it forcing us to use the more primitive handheld part of the shower. The temperature outside was below freezing yet the heating was kept at a low 12 degree Celsius without any way of increasing this. This made the mornings especially uncomfortable. Also the apartment access works on a code only access on 3 doors, no keys, but the manager did not tell us that the main apartment door needed looking by pressing a button, we discovered on the 3rd day we had been leaving the apartment unlocked. Also the Kitchen, whilst beautiful looking, was severely lacking in items, not enough cutlery, no tea towels, no oven gloves. The information on the apartment was completely lacking, it was too cold, did not have a working shower and was poorly kitted out. I would not recommend this apartment.

Great apartment. Only problem was the Tv was a little bit complicated to get working.

After booking,I received an email with all the useful info, like codes to access the property, WiFi password, address and how to get in contact on the arrival. Very organised. Very modern, nicely decorated, enough space for three of us.It's got three floors and many VERY STEEP stairs, not ideal if you have children or have been partying all night. You can hear all noise coming from downstairs, even kettle boiling etc, while in bed because they are no walls. Everything is open planned, apart from the bathroom and toilet. We didn't like that and unfortunately we didn't realise it while booking. There was a sofa bed in the living room, double bed on the 1st floor, a single bed and a single mattress on the 2nd floor. The mattresses were very comfortable and firm. The pillows were too big and very uncomfortable, ended up using the decorative cushions of the settee. The apartament was very clean and had everything we needed (an iron,coffee maker, pots and pans to cook breakfast, hairdryer and even watching machine!) The location was fantastic- 15 minutes walk to all the places we wanted to go to. I recommend you book to go to Baltica SPA. Had a lovely and very relaxing two hours in there. Also, if the weather is rubbish and you've run out of ideas of what to do you could visit the cinema Multikino coz movies are in English. Owners need to sort out the bathroom tap, shelves in the small bedroom and the shower head- broken. Would come back but not to the purple apartament.

Great to have your own space in the city centre. Check-in worked well. No lift so you have to be able to carry your cases up several flights of stairs.

Room / apartment was fantastic, I love all the decoration and layout. The location is great too, right next to a good restaurant, river and castle are closed by. And thank you so so so much for the helpful staff (in person & on the phone) Everyone was amazing and friendly. <3 and managed to find my iPad and delivered it 10/15 mins before my airport bus departed lol.

the apartment was absolutely beautiful, it was very modern yet comfy. Loved the decor! A 2 minute walk to town!!

Right in the middle of the Old Town, few steps from the Castle, and absolute luxury to sleep at - one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in!!!

good base for exploring north east poland and great location in szczecin. probably best place to stay in city.

Lucksus Apartment Mariacka was of a high standard and presented with a theme, black and white and images of Hollywood in ours. The staff representative was thoughtful, caring and professional in her approach. The only downside was the bedrooms being up steep stairs and these rooms were warm for most of the day, particularly the top bedroom. The apartment is well located in terms of tourist walks and restaurants / bars / cafes.

I was there for a family reunion at the Duke's Pomeranian Castle (Zamek) and the location was perfect for that. A short 3 minute walk. The restaurant at the Castle is beyond compare, we ate there every chance we got. Everything is fresh. Check in was confusing as you have to contact them first. Wioletta does speak English though and I just texted her. There is no elevator and a little trick to the door codes. Beware that the lower hall is only locked on the street side door and not the other side. One of our suitcases was stolen from the hall. We filed a police report and there was a security camera which showed the thief, but we didn't get anything back. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and it was nice to have the full kitchen.

My room was a maisonette in a 19th century apartment house near the Stettin castle. Well maintained and well equipped, it was located in central walking distance of the chief historical sites as well as two up-scale shopping centers. Although there is no reception, the check-in was flawless, as long as you have a European cell phone.
