Modernly furnished, tasteful, clean hotel with professional staff in an excellent location in the very center of Łódź. The rooms could use a bigger TV, but that's just a minor thing.

This is my third or fourth stay at the Novotel Centrum Łódź, and it was terrific. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and I couldn’t be happier. Despite my lack of Polish language, everyone spoke excellent English and helped me throughout my stay, even ordering a taxi for me.
