Residence Aparthotel

Was better than I expected coming from the States, for the price. Room was very clean and modern. The washer machine was an extra Bonus. Was a little load @ night with some party crowd . But nothing too out the ordinary. Building is secured from outside. Great shops right outside. Will stay again.

Central, well equipt, good value for money

My daughter and I only stayed for one night. I felt it was clean and safe. Make sure you ask for their parking card to be able to park in Netto’s parking garage. It’s really right there. There’s a nice cafe around the corner to eat at.

I would stay again, helpful staff and nice clean well equipped apartment.

Apart of very good location there is not many good thinks to say. Shower head didn't fit the stand, basic tv channels ( no english at all even news ) soft bed gave me sore back plus vedy disappointed breakfast. I don't think i would book it again.

Nice apartment outside a bit dodgy with local drunks playing loud music and begging.

Be aware this is an apartment and not all rooms are run by the one organisation. The apartment itself is really nice but extremely noisy. Very poor insulation from other guests. Our neighbours arrived drunk at 1am and were shouting at each other in the hall then continued their party in the room until after 3am. Other guest up the hall were also in party mode at a similar time. Management is not on site 24 hrs so we had no one to complain to. Next morning our complaint was taken on board but we were told our noisy neighbours were on their guest list and they would address the situation but the other noisy guests were from another booking agency and they could do nothing about them. We were also told the next night may be the same as there was a festival in town. We decided to cut our stay short and moved out. Hotels.com took up our refund application and got back to us saying the hotel itself refused to refund our unused accommodation however hotels.com gave us a monetary credit to use with our next booking. So thanks hotels.com but no thanks to Residence Aparthotel. An overall very unpleasnt end to what looked like good accommodation

Seamless check in and departure. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff . Highly recommend .

1 double bed, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with a washing machine in it. Plenty 9f power outlets and a decent enough wifi.

A leisure vacation with a friend. Everything was fine, breakfast very cheap including coffee. Daily cleaning. Pleasant staff, nice and comfort room. Cheap booking.

Ok for value. Not the greatest neighborhood and very noisy street. Rooms very clean and the bed was comfortable. A washing machine was a big plus.

Very nice and clean apartment, it's a great choice if you use the kitchen/fridge facilities. The staff was friendly and professional and the apartment is close to the old town and the river.
