SleepWell Apartments Nowy Świat

Great location near shops, pubs and restaurant. The room was good for the price and hotel staff very friendly. It was weird to have to call before getting there, but all went smoothly and we had a great stsy.

I had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The hotel location was ideal for exploring the city.

We stayed for 3 nights to give us opportunity to see the town before we attended a wedding. Great central location with good access to local attractions. Great value, the room had everything you could want for a short break, was well looked after and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clear instructions were given to find the place and check in. I would definitely recommend to others.

4 nights stay in July. Very good location for all tourist attractions, practically walking distance everywhere. Room nice and clean, well equipped, nice modern bathroom. Nowy Swiat Street is quite lively, ask for the room at the back if you stay for more than one night.

Great reception, very helpful and friendly

Once you figure out where this is, you'll find it perfectly located for food options and an easy walk to a lot of sights. The room is a hotel room, in an apartment, so the name may slightly mislead, but I would happily return if going back to Warsaw.

All was good, but it should not be called an apartment, it is only a room with a bar fridge and electric kettle.

great location, in best part of Nowy Świat for late night city life

Making a last moment booking due to a last minute change of circumstances and the need to stay in Warsaw and having little charge on my phone I had to take the first available accommodation offered on the internet. This was the "sleepwell apartments ",

nice room, much smaller than I expected after seeing the pictures but very clean and with nice big windows. No wardrobe. Getting into the building through a back gate was a bit awkward. Staff nice and helpful and speaking great English. Great location close to metro and bus stop and within walking distance to Old Market Square. Many restaurants, pubs and coffe shops just at our doors. Be aware that it's a busy street so it might be quite noisy at times, didn't bother us though as we wanted location in the centre.

Check in time is 3 pm and we are told that we need to notify them if we are arriving late. But what does late mean for them is not clarified. When we arrived at 5:30 pm thinking that it is a reasonable time, no one was there. But a person came in 5-10 min after we called the number.

Make sure to get the courtyard facing rooms. The street facing rooms can be noisy at night.

Very economical accommodation in the heart of the city. I would return next time I'm in Warsaw.

The entrance is not visible on Nowy Swiat (the street) - and is not even labeled. I had to walk into Starbucks to ask. The entrance is L of Starbucks, through two gates, and immediately BEHIND. Once I'd identified the entrance, I was surprised to find it locked. There is no reception area for SleepWell. There are long-term guests who have keys and enter/exit as if this were just another apt building. SleepWell sends you an email before your stay - they are serious when they ask you when you anticipate arriving! This is so that someone can meet you outside and let you into the building. For me with no phone and barely any internet access, this is a huge risk. I could get some wireless on my Smartphone from Starbucks, and emailed the people at SleepWell. 25 min later someone came to let me in - they were very nice and spoke English. I loved the tiny room. Coffee maker, pleasant atmosphere, raised bed, TV, nice large bathroom/shower, toiletries provided. Although it was low enough to the back plaza that noises bothered me all night. There was no AC l - just window and a fan. Nobody works for the hotel in the apartment at night. The second time I come it will be a breeze. But the first time, it was way more stress than I was ready to deal with after long and hazardous travels alone. My success with this place hinged entirely on being able to use the internet while traveling.

Everything you want to see is within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is tucked away in a quiet courtyard. A French-style cafe is 2 doors down, the only place open at 6:30 am. So here you are, living in your private apartment, like newlyweds, even though it's your 30th wedding anniversary.

Read the small print, You cannot check before 3pm which is a major annoyance if you arrive on a morning flight. Entrance is to the rear of 62 Nowy Swiat so you need to walk around the back. It is signposted overhead. Very clean, comfortable and well located.

It is ridiculous, that you can enter into the hotel only if you have mobile phone. The door is locked and the ring bell doesn't work . If you are arriving during the 2 hours when the reception works you can access easily if you have mobile phone. If you arrive in the evening or you have no mobile phone you will have problem to enter. The main problem with this hotel that there is no reception. The location is very good, my room was very good and clean. There were shampoo and conditioner but not soap, which is strange. The staff (if you manage to meet them) is friendly.

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo czysty i zadbany. Z racji niedużego obłożenia dostaliśmy większy pokój z co wielki plus. 👍

Great place to stay. Kind and helpful staff. Walking distance to everything, and lots of cosy cafees, restaurants and bars just 10m away. Would stay here again :)
