Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town

Street noise from cafes is so bad they have earplugs by the bed! Don’t get a room on the Main Street to Rynek. -cafe noise til at least 3 AM. They should have put better windows in

Hotel was superb right in the middle of wroclaw old town. Room was spotless spacious and comfortable but pillows were either too hard or too soft. If you put them together they were not comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful breakfast was excellent with lots of choice . The one issue we had was the hotel bar had only 1 draft lager option that wasnt available for the whole 6 days we were there!! I would of thought that a chain like wyndham would of had more selection The only option was a very limited selection of bottled beers from the same brewery. Apart from that we had a great long week end in a beautiful city. Would definitely stay again

Pluses and minuses. Location was great. Room was good with plenty of space and bed was excellent Decent fitness center. Staff was so-so and manager was unavailable with staff having no idea when he could be found. In decades of traveling to hundreds of hotels I’ve never encountered a place that would not provide something as simple as a glass of ice. Only available when bar was open and they wanted to charge around $2.50. Buffet breakfast was good but WAY overpriced. Also didn’t appreciate the scam of offering a “discount” if you paid for the breakfast at check-in vs. later.

The location is excellent, within 2 minutes you're on the main square. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Noise is an issue, with cars revving during the evening but apart from that the hotel itself is quite quiet and you don't hear noise from rooms/corridor. Spa costs an extra 20pln per person, this was new to me as every other spa hotel I've stayed in Poland (10+) the spa has been included at no extra cost. Also, our room was not cleaned once during our stay which was disappointing.

No issues, the rooms are quite big and comfortable. The best part is the location. Ask to stay on the quiet side of the hotel, as the other has night clubs.

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing but unfortunately there is a bar up the road and a nightclub opposite that was really noisy until 4 am, I have stayed in a lot of city hotels and expect it to be noisy especially at weekends but this was on a different level. When we complained the manager said that they had complained to the police but nothing could be done. Just be aware if your stay goes over a weekend that you probably won’t get any sleep if your on this side of the hotel

Perfectly situated for exploring Wroclaw. Lovely hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful and it was about 95% renovated. The room is 100% new which is superb. It seems a lot was invested in the furnishings. The bathroom has a shower and is very small but functional. The twin beds were too narrow and a little uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is in the old city which is very good and within walking distance to sights of the old city. We recommend going to FC cafe which is right opposite the university. Also right there is an excellent sushi and Korean restaurant. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is alright but the variety could be improved. Also it was repetitive for the 3 nights we were there. The scrambled eggs were too watery. There is no eggs corner but you can order eggs and bacon done from the waiter. We’ll point out that they have smoothies on the buffet. We did however like the food at the lobby restaurant Jeden. It was tasty. Ask for the kids menu too as it has different options like tomato soup. The prices were reasonable. We got professional service from the male waiter Nikita. Thanks. We used the gym but not the spa. So all in all the stay was good but there are as always a few things to improve.

Great room, a bit expensive parking spot.

Nice, clean property and well located to the old town. We however had a bad sleep due to noise from the clubbing street. Definitely request to be on the back side of hotel away from this street!
