Love the ocean view and the property but the gym windows from the outside could use a lot of cleaning with them having a green residue so it was blurry running on treadmill and looking out the windows but aside from that everything else was perfect!

Parking was expensive. Good location. Bathroom had mold, with no windows and exhaust fan didn’t work. For such an expensive hotel, these things should not be happening. I expected better. It looks like they spend a lot on the lobby but not enough on the rooms themselves.

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. One of the elevators was out of order throughout our stay, which occasionally made the wait a bit long. Another minor issue was that the balcony door didn’t close properly—likely due to saltwater corrosion affecting the lock or door.

I like that the hotel was at the center of getting around San Juan. I didn’t like the room because of the numerous repairs that I had to report to be done. If a person is on vacation the least they want to do is worry about structural issues.

The rooms are average and had a “wet” odor” nice view of the ocean, ocean swimming is in a lagoon with lots of seaweed but calm waters, nice size pools several bar areas. Withing walking distance of several dining options

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Elevator was the bane of our stay. One elevator working and it does what it wants but other than that, staff was wonderful, room was nice, close to alot of shopping, restaurants, 20min from airport, 40 min from el yunque, great pool with daily activities for the kids. Iguanas are part of the hotel they enjoy the people as much as we enjoy watching them.

Rooms are outdated. Front desk staff not very friendly. The whole property needs maintenance. The cleaning staff did a great job and always made sure you had clean towels.
