Valentina and Tatiana were awesome. I didn't learn as much Spanish as I would have liked but With translations through my telephone they were very helpful. There was a mall across the street. And around the corner less than a 5 minute walk away there was a strip of restaurants and drug stores. And it was an apartment not a hotel room.

The Aparta Hotel Is an apartment with a reception like a hotel. Each apartment has a living room, a small kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a sink and toilet only), and a bedroom. Basic plates, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, fridge, and coffee maker are in the kitchen. You order breakfast as a room service, and it is included. The staff is helpful and friendly, but I don't know if they speak English. There is a large shopping center across the street, and there are plenty of busses to the Metro station. It costs around $25 to get there by Uber from the airport.

This place has some great perks, but it’s important to weigh the pros and cons.
The location is good - right in front of a big mall. But it’s not in a super touristy area, which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for.
The apartments are a bit smaller than they seem in the pictures, and the furniture is a bit old and worn out. But it’s still functional. The outside noise can be a bit loud, and there’s no soundproofing at all.
The bathroom is tiny and the hot water isn’t always reliable.
The breakfast is included, which is a nice touch. But you have to order room service and the food selection is pretty limited. The food is good, though.
The air conditioning is only in the room, not in the other areas. It can get pretty hot, especially if it’s sunny outside. If you need air conditioning in all the rooms, this might not be the best choice for you.
The staff is really friendly and helpful.
In summary, the value for your money is pretty good, and depending on your needs, this can be a great option for your stay in Medellin.
