It is like affordable version of TAJ for common people. Standards and quality is like TAJ while property location and infrastructure are more conducive to people using common transport system in the city.

Special thanks to Rajan, one of the housekeeping staff who is a very helpful and sweet person.
Also this hotel has the grooviest funkiest elevator music among all the places I have been around the world!

My experience on the whole was quite enjoyable. The staff were polite and well-informed, with particular commendation to Bratati at the reception, who answered all my queries exceptionally well. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast menu; it was wonderful. The dinner, on the other hand, was satisfactory but not outstanding. Thank you for providing a delightful experience.

Could have been better check-in experience at 3:30 AM late at night -- we emailed the property that we would be late. The staff was good but seemed inexperienced. We are now staying in ITC Royal - will see how it goes.

Rooms are alright. Decent size and good open view. Breakfast spread is also excellent.
However, room cleaning and facilities are quite below par. Sometimes they don't clean the room until 3 PM. There are times when there's no water supply in the room. Any room service takes 15-30 min usually. Quite shameful for Taj as a brand. Lots of room for improvement.
