This Hotel is fabulous. The staff are super friendly and always there for help.
We had a great stay ,,the breakfast was delicious and plenty choices.
We arrived earlier than expected and we're able to get our room sooner, which was very much appreciated.

We loved this hostel. It was very family friendly from the gaming table to the 3-d printer and ice cream in the receptionarea. The staff was always ready to help with anything we needed.

MeetMe23 was a rather unique experience. Part hostel part hotel - depending on how you book I believe. We were a family of 4 so we got a 4 person room with 4 single beds. In hindsight we realized this could also be 4 individual beds (each was number) with a secure locker for each as well. The staff are very friendly and try to be helpful. The hotel has great WiFi and offers plenty of free bottled water. Our reservation included the breakfast but it seems not all reservations do include it. The food offered for breakfast is very good and you can easily get away with breakfast at the hotel and dinner out while exploring Prague. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is right outside the train station so it’s easily accessible and on the edge of the tourist areas of the city.

Upon arrival we got a room where AC was not operating and with free passage between the bed's very sharp corner and a table was 45 cm. I injured my leg very badly.
I rquired the reception to change the room and received a bigger room wirh AC that was OK, but during our first 5 days our bed sheets were not replaced, and only aftet my complaint to the receltion they were replaced. During the entire full 6 days of our stay the trash bin was never emptied/cleaned.
Breakfast was very good and reception and breakfast team were very polite and cooperative.
No room has TV set.
All the a.m. info was informed by me to reception.

Check in was a breeze, staff was professional and friendly.
Found it annoying that the shower had no door...water splashed outside and flooded the washroom floor....it was a mess.
Electrical outlets were few and hard to get at! Why? If you want to charge your phone then no nightlight....

Great staff and service .. Very accomodating .. Had a special health situation and they let us stay to a very late checkout at 6 pm .. Even though I offered to pay an extra night they refused ..Staff even offered to call a Dr .. Incredible amazing service , well beyond excellent ..

Easy walk from the train station to the hotel..easy check in and friendly hosts. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has plenty of choices..If you like walking it is convenient to most everything. We choose to walk one way out and uber/taxi back..I give a recommendation to stay here..the quirky blueman is cool..

We truly enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was great, staff were helpful, and it was close to many attractions. We missed our tour bus from the castle, so we walked back instead!
