Room a little too warm for me.

Great budget option, walkable to city centre

Rooms were excellent and close to facilities.

The room was comfortable but basic, ok for 1 night.

The clues in the name. Budget. Well located and very keenly priced it served as a base for attending a show at the OVO. Plenty of options for eating. Rooms are very basic but clean. Twin rooms had very narrow single beds.

All good thanks.

The Hotel was everything we required including the free parking. Would certainly use for a short stay again

Good value hotel, perfect for groups attending events in Glasgow

Great if you are on a business trip. Shame there was no kettle in the room, apart from that it was ok. Bed is comfy, room is clean. Decor is a bit dated.

Handy to restaurants and cinema and also city centre.

Staff pleasant, room immaculately clean. Whilst basic clever use of the space and all that is needed for a brief stay. Entrance not so good around the lift area but once checked in all fine, slept well, was quite enough

Hotel is basic which was to be expected. Bed was comfy though. Area was okay - must have come during a busy few days as car park was frustrating to get out of in the evenings. Lady on check out desk was rude on arrival.

Hotel was basic but clean enough, and was handy for where we were going. Having been out for the night we returned to the hotel and when the lift opened there was about 8 what seemed to be immigrants got out and were staring at us. This was very unsettling and I reported it to the receptionist who said she would report it. She also told us they’re not allowed to say anything about them or to them, which I find very strange. I’m afraid this has put us off ever going back here. We also tried to buy some items from reception and were told they don’t accept cash only card!!! We often have nights out in Glasgow and stay overnight have done for years and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened.

Great place in area

The accommodation was fairly good, very good service from housekeeping Did have an issue with the only working lift and there was a strong smell of weed on the 7th floor on 2 nights which I informed housekeeping of…..other than that a pleasant weekend

Lots of stairs if you dont like using lifts as it is on the 6th floor .

The room was VERY smal and there were no tea coffee making facilities or hairdryer. This was more basic than a youth hostel.

Stay was good, service was good from reception staff. I had the do not disturb hanging from the handle of my door and the cleaning staff was trying to open my door with their fob. Not sure if they had their rooms confused as they were going in next door when I opened the door to see what was going on

Good location for what we wanted room extractor fans not working and black mould along ceiling above window

There was no heating or hot water in our room. We were told to wait up to 3 hours for it to work. After 2 hours, we were freezing (still had our coats on) were unable to have a shower and wanted to get ready to go out for the evening. There was a draft coming through the bottom of the window. The staff were very unhelpful and said we just needed to wait for it all to heat up. It didn’t heat up. So we checked out and booked into a different hotel.
