Very far from the City. At the checkin the lady was a bit rude and condecending. Breakfast was so/so. The staff are standing there talking and not too friendly. I would not go back.

Disappointing Dining Experience Despite Adequate Rooms While the rooms met a reasonable standard and were clean and comfortable, the overall experience was let down severely by the food service. Some of our evening meals failed to arrive, and staff were unable to process refunds for those that didn’t. It was clear that the team was under extreme pressure - some staff were visibly upset and overwhelmed. There was noticeable disorganisation in the restaurant, with meals being brought out that no one had ordered, and guests waiting for food that never appeared. Breakfast was equally disappointing, with one of the worst buffets we've encountered - mushrooms swimming in a bath of oil, sausages and black pudding rock hard and dry, scrambled eggs that nobody dared try. It was hard not to feel sympathy for the staff, who were clearly trying their best in an unmanageable situation, and for the many other guests who appeared to be facing the same issues.

Phone arrival at the hotel finding the entrance and car park was really problematic getting into the room later in the evening was welcoming but in the morning trying to have a shower underwater that was scolding hot and I couldn't regulate temperature meaning it couldn't have a shower in the morning was a big problem for me because I was meeting people and it meant I had to go out without having a shower no matter how I turned the knob the temperature stayed the same this is an excusable

It's a same that the rooms do not have a mini fridge and a microwave.

The property was located in a mall that is a little confusing to navigate, as the entrance is at the roof top of a parking lot, which isn't to hard to navigate after the first time. The rooms was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom and shower met our expectations. The unfortunate let down was the lack of enthusiasm from the receptionist and other members of the service team that not only felt unwelcoming, but painted the entire location with a sense of hopelessness.

Considering some of the reviews I read I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean I had a very powerful shower and a comfortable bed. It was quiet and peaceful at night. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Their breakfast with dinner option was a great value, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Great location of the hotel. Attached to shopping centre with multiple dining places. Only bad thing was, there was a drainage right above the bed and every time someone in different room flashed the toilet or took shower, sounded like waer is poutmring in the room, very loud. Apart from that, quiet location.

Excellent service

Property is great for a good nights sleep. Comfy beds. Breakfast poor. Food not refilled so if you like to go down for breakfast a bit later all you get is last offerings. No gluten free options or bread for toast.

Tower with multiple facilities

The staff who were on rota are lacking in customer service skills. Room had no body wash or other hygiene products other than hand soap. For a 4 star hotel, this is pretty poor. The food was lovely, but no condiments were delivered to the room. Blood stained carpets & ill fitting matress protectors, are also not conducive to 4 star hotels.

We encountered some issues with parking, as we were unaware that the onsite facility had changed to Park 2. It would have been helpful to receive this information at the time of booking. The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entering our room, we noticed an unpleasant odor that required us to step back out out of the room. This was quite disturbing as we were checking in quiet late with our children. Thankfully, the receptionist addressed this promptly and he also helped us prepare the sofa bed. While the carpet had a few stains, they were minor and not overly concerning. Overall, the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable night

I had a very comfortable stay nice clean bedding. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was beautiful. Very child friendly. I will use this hotel again
