I had a basic single room for 6 hours, which was clean and simple, ideal for a nap between flights. The shared bathrooms are very near the rooms and perfect to freshen up. My package included a meal which was very good and use of the swimming pool all day. I will definitely use the Aerotel, Singapore again. It is really convenient being inside the airport.

Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. The hotel offers hourly accommodations (minimum 6-hour block charge applies) and boasts having the only AIRSIDE hotel outdoor swimming pool worldwide, a pool side bar, an exercise corner and a library lounge exclusively for registered guests.
IMPORTANT NOTICE :
As the property is located AIRSIDE, in the Restricted/Transit area, Transit travellers must NOT clear immigration/customs (on transit means those who are travelling to another country via Singapore, without clearing Singapore arrival immigration). If you clear immigration/customs, airport immigration will not allow you to re-enter the transit area until your airline counter opens before departure. Arriving passengers planning to stay in the city are not allowed to stay in Aerotel.
Departing passengers from city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed access into the Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline.

Hotel was in great location and was nice to use the pool facilities. The downside was the beds are very hard and the room did not have any shampoo or conditioner, when asked we advised that’s it’s an all in one. For a transit hotel I would expect everything to be available.

It’s very practical and easy between two flights and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The staff was also excellent and most responsive. The only issue was the internet connection which was shameful. Otherwise it’s a great way to transiting between flights.

We had a terrible time trying to access this property as we had to collect our luggage and then were told we couldn't get airside. We were told we should not have collected our luggage and assumed that Aerotel would collect them from lost property. How would any sane person arrive at that conclusion? After being given numerous poor advice from airport information services, we caught two trains and two buses to eventually arrive to where we were told we could not check in, but we could check in. Then we had another bus to get to aerotel on airside and we got a total of 1hr 20 mins sleep instead of 5 before we had to wake, shower and get to our flight check in. Be careful when you book to try and understand their process, they mention not going landside but we just followed the natural instinct to collect our luggae and it all went pear shaped. Teh luggae shouldn't have need collecting anyway, and Jetstar is to blame for this.

A bit expensive for a 6 hour stay. Room was comfortable enough, beds were a good size however no sound proofing so can hear people entering and walking in the corridor which is quite disturbing considering you’re trying to get sleep in whilst transiting.

Shared Bathroom is outside bedroom. Some people dont flush after use and litter inside bathroom. Buffet breakfast does not reflect the price you paid. AC temperature cant be controlled, no remote control.

Great place to go if you have a few hours to kill. Beats sitting around the airport. Even if you only have a 4 hour lay over pack your bathers in your hand luggage and go and use the pool and get a quiet cocktail.
