The hotel staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy and fast. The room was very clean. Check-out was also easy. There was a bidet in the toilet. It was quite close to the Lavender MRT. Very convenient. I would probably stay here again if I were in Singapore again.

A hotel with very affordable MRT access, there are lots of cheap and halal food around the hotel, the staff are very friendly, late check out is allowed, it was very pleasant to stay here, the only drawback is that the room is very narrow, so it is a bit difficult when opening the suitcase.

very easy to check-in & check-out, just installing the app to get digital key.. the staffs were so helpful in explaining all details & they're very nice as well.. Tap water's drinkable.. Bedroom & bathroom were nice & clean but not soundproof.. there's much space left for 2 20in luggages (open)& 2 medium backpack.. Cleaning service always change the towels everyday.. even the lady want to make up the room too before I asked.. Got high floor rooms for 3 nights, next to the swimming pool.. AC was soooo cold that I always set to 27-28ºC.. 😅 Hotel is walking distant to Lavender MRT station in green line, many food stalls, 7-11, Fairprice & Aperia Mall.. Thank you very much for your hospitality to me & my family.. 💜 will definitely go back here whenever we come to SG in the future times..

The location is very strategic! Many hawkers and mini markets to buy mineral water, very close to the MRT station!

the check in process must be mobile check in, a bit complicated. but the staff are friendly, every time we go in and out they always smile. the location is very strategic, if you want to take the MRT, you can turn right from the hotel towards Lavender via the kitchener complex, if you want to take the bus, you can turn left towards Kallang 3 minutes, the location is near 7 eleven, lavender & fair price.

Close to MRT and cheap food places. Don't shop at the Seven Eleven nearby because they cheated me, scanning products that I didn't buy.

We booked a standard room for 3 nights and all the facilities were as described on Traveloka. The room we booked was suitable for 2 people only and for those who only used the room to sleep at night. The room and bathroom were clean. The TV had 7 stations if I'm not mistaken, there were HBO and CNA, besides local broadcasts. There were many electrical outlets, either 2-pin or with a regular USB cable, but not the type C one. The only downside was the air conditioning that sometimes hit the face. There was no deposit fee. The check-in process was fast and the receptionist was friendly. Tips: The end room number 310 is also a standard room, it has a window but is very narrow. The standard room we got was bigger but had no window (according to the description on Traveloka) Just a 3-minute walk to Lavender MRT and on the MRT side facing the main road there is also a bus stop. The supermarket is close by, you can buy FairPrice mineral water for 2 SGD for 6 bottles of medium-sized mineral water. There are also many places to eat and they are close by, it turns out that behind the Fairprice supermarket there is also a food court. For those who fly early, don't have time to take the bus or MRT, you can order a Grab or have the receptionist order it for you at a cost of 30 SGD depending on the number of passengers and luggage. Conclusion: okay for minimalist travelers

choose a Family Room, check in time is too long, because some of the staff are not very good so only 1 staff member serves, quite bad mood, the room is too small for booking a Family Room, the bathroom is quite okay, only "can't lock the bathroom door" seems like all models are like that, good AC, close access to MRT and Lavender Hawker

The hotel staff is friendly, access everywhere is easy and efficient. There are many foods around and there is a supermarket nearby.

1.Check in process is hectic...my parents that are visiting are required to give their passport for registration... 2. Check out process is fast but we felt like they are chasing us out as I clearly requested for a late checkout upon checking in and it was written on the registration paper an yet ,a receptionist came to my room around 12.15pm and ask when are we going to checkout. He then say there's no info recorded that we requested a late checkout...(this indicate no communication or handover between staffs) 3. Room is very small for the price paid and the soundproof is bad as I can hear the neighbors talking the whole night that disturb my sleep 4.Bathroom can't even be locked as there's no lock on it....what monstrosity is this??luckily I was staying with my brother 5.Only plus point is the hotel is located near a mrt station so movement was easy. I'm a hotelier myself in Malaysia and the things highlighted above could be improved as Ibis is an international brand. Will think twice before booking this hotel again...

The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is also quite close to MRT access.

Very helpful staffs overall. The room is a little bit small but it's enough. We got room with window. So it doesn't felt cramped at all. Hot water is running good. The hotel located near Lavender MRT station and some bus station, there's a hawker nearby with a very good selection of foods available.

The room is not soundproof, the noise from the next room is quite loud.
