Rooms were extra small and no place for luggage. No shelves and no privacy for 2 people sharing the room. Great housekeeping staff. Hotel was very convenient restaurants of all types and multiple shopping venues.

When I was checked in a front desk guy wasn’t welcoming us that I felt. Because another person brought him from back side of reception and seems like he doesn’t want to work at the moment. He never even said “ hello “ “ welcome “ “how are you “ or anything. And next day I asked convince store direction he gave us wrong information we were walking long time couldn’t find it and finally we found it in the mall which was right front of the hotel. But all another employee was nice including housekeepers.

I booked this room for my son and me but the room was quite small to accommodate 2 large and 2 carry-on luggage. Besides, the shower room and toilet were separate, which was good as the facilities can be used by different people at the same time; BUT, the shower space was not decided to allow you to take off/ get dressed without opening to a public area in the room. It was so inconvenient even staying with family. The shower space was facing a mirror (an area with washing basin), therefore even you opened up a narrow space to grab towel or clothes from behind the shower room door (no hooks/hangers inside the shower room, even there was, you wouldn’t use it as the clothes would get wet at the same time you showered), people sitting on the bed can see you naked from the mirror. That’s a terrible design.

Great hotel and reasonably priced. Located walking distance to MRT and two stops away from Bayfront to access Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. Staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet offers good selection of eastern and western food.

A great hotel apart from the lack of a proper bathroom. The wash basin is out in the main room. There is a capsule for a toilet and for a shower. There is no shelving, etc in the shower to store your clothes. So you have to get changed in the main room.

Property was nice, modern. Only issue is our room bathroom was very odd. Not a private bathroom. Otherwise everything else was fine

I stayed two nights at this hotel. The facility, accommodations, and food provided good value for the cost. It's close to public transportation, mall, restaurants, and attractions. The only complaint was the front desk staff lacked a personal touch.

No trash can in the bathroom for hygiene products. Small room with no minibar items. Horrible breakfast.

Perfect Loft room for 1. I would not stay if there were 2 of us, it would be too cramped. But Location, Location, Location!! The best and I know Singapore so well. Yes perfect for my solo trip this time and all I needed to do in the area and in the city as well as Orchard Road... everywhere reachable by a max of 4 direct MRT stops away. MRT station a 5 min walk across the road! Very new, clean and convenient.

The room was quite small and the bathroom facilities barely offered any privacy!

Minute rooms, teeny tiny beds, no storage, and I do mean NO storage. No privacy..stay as acouple that doesnt mind, or get 2 rooms. No hotel info at check in or in room. Could not find breakfast restaurant and concluded there wasnt one untill too late on last day. Small bar, extortionate pricing.

When we arrived at the hotel at 530 pm our room was not ready and we were asked to wait -no offer of explanation or complimentary beverage. We had reserved a deluxe queen room, instead we were given a cramped two level unit with barely enough room for a futon mattress on the upper floor. The mattress was literally on the floor with walls on three sides, my closet space in college was bigger. Certainly not what I had expected from an Accord property.

This hotel has a great pool and rooftop garden. The staff are friendly and attentive and the location is excellent. So why the poor rating? It's the rooms. Firstly let me state that I'm used to small rooms I'd been sharing a twin room on a cruise for the previous 11 nights that was smaller. What made the room so awful was the toilet and shower. There was no room to change in them and you couldn't shut the shower door. In a shared room that meant one of us had to go out while the other showered and changed. The toilet had no brush and was the worst low flow toilet I had ever used, nothing moved even after repeated flushing. Finally the power socket has a habit of randomly ejecting from the socket.

Clean rooms, very attentive staff, good breakfast buffet each morning. Located in a great area, very walkable and also easy to catch transit to different parts of the city! Would definitely recommend

Bad experience with washing machine. Took more than 3.5hrs to do washing and dry the clothes. Staff member was nice but manager very rude & not helpful.

Lovely room and facilities, bar staff were very friendly and helpful - overall great stay
