The Hotel is in a nice quiet area the staff are friendly and helpful, ,the food are very good but the cleaning time are every two days and they just come one time if you’re put no disturb sing then you have to ask online from hotel website to get your room clean.

I enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice. The facilities were ok as well. The staff was super helpful. Maybe a more cozy lobby would have been better.

There is nice gym and pool on the 2nd floor. We have utilised the pool late afternoon and wasn't too busy at the time. The hotel is centrally located and close to a bus stop, which took 15min into Orchard Road. Steven Station is not too far, 8-10min walk.

Rooms was not ready upon check-in. But customer service was excellent. I had multiple accommodation reserved there.

Convince and easy accessibility to transport and landmarks

My stay was great, and amazing staff. However the breakfast buffet was crowded, and food was not topped up, and tables not cleaned.

Rooms were terribly humid. I changed my room 2 times and both of them very very humud. Bed linens were almost wet due to humidness in the room. AC was barely working and I checked out earlier. Staff were not serius about the issue.

There wasn't any shower cap and robe in my room

Good place to stay if you are on a budget, this place is quite modern, in a walking distance to an Orchard street where are a lots of shops and restaurants are, not too far from the airport, about 25 minutes by car.

It is 1.4km to Orchard rd and has a free shuttle service there which is great. The downfall of staying here is there is no airport shuttle service and is a bit far from the touristic sites such as the Marina...Gardens by the bay ...arab street etc... But overall a nice new hotel

Great hotel, but the staff take it to the next level, fantastic service every time.

Pros: *bed was clean *nice Italian restaurant next to hotel Cons: * Stains are EVERYWHERE, furniture mostly damaged or REALLY old (possible to fall from chair because it is broken). Consider that provided pictures in the ad were taken much time ago or photoshop. * soundproofing is very poor: if your windows face roads, earplugs will be your best friends otherwise hard to sleep. Also you can hear everything from other rooms lol * there is some mold in shower and AC air smells like mold and dust * coffee machine during breakfast looks like nobody clean it for ages. No jokes! *people drop dirty dished just next to their door and hell smelly sometimes. *service is very poor! It is related to everything from laundry to cleaning. * location is actually quite far from center and
