Had an amazing 10-day stay at Yotel Orchard! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Singapore, making it super easy to find great food and explore Orchard Road anytime. The staff were always prompt and attentive whenever we requested room cleaning or service. For the price, it's definitely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

If you want to stay in a strategic location and can go back and forth to Ion Orchard or Takashimaya and around, yes this is the place! The hotel management is very kind, I arrived at 11 AM and was able to check in even though the regulations only allow it at 3 AM. The room is very clean and quite modern. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The room is compact but overall, we are very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the strategic location, and the staff friendliness, which have made our 2D1N stay pleasant. We will definitely return to Yotel Orchard during our next visit to Singapore.

All staff was very helpful, our room upgraded to first class suite room 3017 for free. The room was big and clean, there are coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron. City view also amazing from lv 30 and very instagramable. Close to Thai Embassy Bus Stop, Scott Rd Bus Stop and walk about 7 min to Orchad MRT station. I would like to say ‘super recommended’! Will stay here in the next trip! Thankyou YOTEL for our amazing experience!

- Regular room is enough for 2 people, more than this is a bit packed because it is small - If you bring more than 2 luggage, it is a bit cramped to open and close (but enough for 2 large luggage) - If you want to pray, it's honestly a bit troublesome - Location wise, it's really GREAT, because it's really close to the bus, mall, and central city area

The room is clean, the staff is enthusiastic but the space is very narrow. The power outlets here are mostly 3-pin, you should prepare more. Or the charging heads in the room are USB heads, quite inconvenient for those who use type C. The room is also equipped with flat sockets but one is broken so our group of 3 people had to take turns using 1 charging place.

Check in & check out even though we were alone at the machine, there was only one person available at the reception who was very helpful. Checking out was easy, the procedure was not complicated. This is a cool hotel, there is a room for the 3 of us, without adding an extra bed, without sleeping cramped, still comfortable to sleep, moreover the cleanliness of the room is top markotop for me. Only the suitcase must be cabin size Best recommend! Next time I will stay here again, for sure !!
