Amazing value for money. Hotel staff were helpful, genuine, just great disposition in general. Breakfast was great with just the right amount of variety. Location’s extremely central if ur on a girls trip.

Hotel location is in the heart of Myeongdong so it’s extremely convenient. There are many great food options nearby as well. Definitely enjoyed the stay especially when coupled with excellent service from the crew.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and staff were super attentive to every detail. Location is great for food/drinks, shopping, and walkable distance to local attractions. Easy to get to via bus from airport, 2 min walk.

A great hotel inside Myeondong. A spacious room, a nice bathroom and delicious breakfast. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps from the hotel. Even the train station is just a few meters away.

Hotel28 is a really pleasant experience with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Seoul. Wish It was a little more spacious, as the bed had barely enough room to the sides. It is also right in the heart of Myeongdong, so you can spend your entire stay exploring, eating and shopping in one of the most popular tourist areas. There’s also literally a Din Tai Fung in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is also across the street from Lottie Department Store and not far from the subway station. Would recommend using taxi apps to enter Hotel28 as destination, Korean cab drivers couldn’t find it using Hangul.

Amazing experience from top to bottom. Staff is absolutely amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better location for shopping and dining. Right in the heart of Myeongdong. Very close to bus and subway.

I don't like the layout for the twin room. Wasted space and inefficient layout for toilets. Just a curtain which does not really cover the toilets instead of doors. Therefore only 1 person can use when another is bathing. The bathtub in the centre is just a waste of space. Most important is that the bathroom doors should be frosted so that two persons can use the toilet at the same time. The curtain is just an extremely bad design. The room is seriously badly designed.

The property was located in a perfect location in Myeongdong Seoul! We were able to easily explore many food and shopping locations! We also either walked or took an uber to site seeing locations. Great property!

the location was perfect - great walkability score in the heart of Myeongdong to all the shops, two 7elevens, the subway stations, and pharmacies. It’s even close to McDonalds. Staff were extremely kind and very helpful when I had random questions or asked for help with tour or spa bookings. You can hear the night life outside at night and they do provide ear plugs, but I didn’t find it bothersome or difficult to go to sleep at all. Hotel breakfast was tasty and perfect time wise (open at 7am) since a lot of places don’t open till 10. Laundry was also available and easy to use. Would def stay here again!

We stayed here on our honeymoon. The location was convenient for public transport for sightseeing. Staff were all very helpful, had good English and were professional. Right outside were lots of options for food including the nightly street food market.

Hotel28 was a rare treat. No place like it. The receptionists were cheerful, friendly, and sincerely helpful. I felt like they were looking forward to my stay. The 6th floor restaurant was first class, too!
