Good location, beautiful clean room, but they do have a FEW rules

The hotel had an awesome gym and sauna setup. The pictures are exactly what you get in real life. Staff are awesome, friendly

Pretty great value for a room, close to metro, and convenience stores. However I was very very disappointed they didn’t put a warning that the gym/spa is ONE ACCESS PER DAY you need to choose. AND it was completely closed on one of the days, with zero compensation. Also I got really really annoyed during check in, I was there 14:10, and check in was at 15:00. Literally every other hotel lets you check in early if they have the room open, but nope! They told me even if they did have a room available, they aren’t letting me in until 15:00

もう何度も泊まってます。 隣のヘスタンの無料券ももらえますし、本当にコスパがよいです。 近隣には市場や韓国らしい飲食店もたくさんあります。 西面にもタクシーですぐの場所なので、便利な場所です。

出張でも自由旅行でも、何度も利用してますが、私の釜山の動線上では一番好きなホテルです。 無料で併設の海水風呂も1回利用できるし、近くには釜山ならではの美味しいデジクッパの店もあり。タクシーもそこら中にいますし、ポミル駅も歩いてすぐなので、移動の便もとても良いです。 部屋の掃除は、見えないところに埃が溜まってたのは、他のホテルでもあることですが、とにかくコスパはとてもよいです。 また利用します。

옆에 스파가 있어서 잘 사용하고갑니다. 더블룸 쾌적하고 깔끔합니다

Front staff was very helpful and professional

凡一駅から徒歩５分程なので立地が良かったです。釜山駅・南浦駅・土城駅・西面駅は同じ1号線なので近いです。2号線の海雲台駅までが30分程、空港までは電車で１時間程かかりました。価格も安くアップグレードもしていただき広い部屋で過ごせました。ただ、バスタオルが無いのが不便でした。

Arrived early before check-in but we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel at no extra cost. One of the staff and whom I believe was the manager spoke excellent english which helped us understand better what we needed to do. The room was a cute and cozy size but had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The only thing that was out of their control was that it was close by to the construction for World Expo Busan, so at times it could get noisy. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

Lamer Hotel is a great place to stay when in Busan. It is clean and very welcoming. We also enjoyed the free sauna experience! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel general manager even helped us arrange our transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal with our bike boxes! Thank you!

지하철 4번출구로 나와서 걸으면 호텔로 ㄱㅏㄱㅣ 편합니다. 사우나 이용권이 좋아서 호텔에서 샤워실 쓸일이 없었네요

Everything was nice

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Busan. It is very affordably priced, clean and comfortable, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. The fitness center and sauna are excellent as well. I've stayed here a few times while traveling solo from Seoul and it is a great place from which to explore Busan and relax at the end of the day. Many thanks to the General Manager Ms. Suhyeon as well as the front desk staff Mr. Taeseon and Ms. Alyssa, as well as the parking guys, housekeeping and health club staff. This is a top notch operation all.around.

Room amenities is simple but clean. There are some restaurants nearby hire for breakfast since hotel does not provide breakfast due to covid 19.

I didn't sleep well due to the a/c directions being in Korean and I'm not Korean. So I didn't know how to work it and it was warm in the room. Also, the window and screen were open when I checked in, so i got bit by mosquitos both nights. Also, there's typically a sheet and comforter, so if you get hot at night you still have a cover. My room only had a comforter, so either it was sweating all night or the mosquitos. Not good. Initially was charged for the gym and the ad said nothing about extra charges when I booked, but the receptionist straightened it out. Just something to beware of. Another thing that really bothered me was that on the day I checked out, I asked for my bag to be held while I explored a little bit more and it was left out in the open for several hrs, and when I got back I rang the bell, nobody responded, and I picked my bag up from the lobby floor with no intervention. Another thing i didn't like about the room was the motion light in hall when went on in the middle of the night on restroom trips when you don't want a bright light on.. Also, not enough plugs for my phone and devices. Pros - very affordable, simple room. SUPER nice staff. The gym is a real gym where you can get a full workout. Also very quiet

My friend and I both wanted our own rooms, with a view and a microwave, Upon our research for this hotel. it was stated that the twin rooms have a view and we could request a room with a microwave. After verifying this information on hotels.com, my friend and I each reserved a twin room. We both made a specific request asking for a room with a view and a microwave. We were notified immediately that they do not have twin rooms with a microwave, which we decided was not a deal breaker. Upon arrival to our room, we noticed that the rooms were tiny (thank god we did not share a twin room) and that our "view" was a tiny window facing a brick wall. It was ridiculous that we paid extra for this "view", but we decided that we could deal with it since the front desk staff was extremely hospitable. The staff was kind and extremely knowledgable, but the room and building could use an update.
