Stay Hotel Gangnam

This was my third time stay there. You can tell how much I like this hotel. And it’s true but the last time, on my second day, the cleaning was questionable. Because the sheets seemed like the same was the night before. And kinds towels too and it made me feel like gross. Sorry for the economy but I like it to be changed. And this time the hair was stuck to the hair dryer code and size telling sticker for clothes was stuck in the wall. I gotta say cleaning needs to be improved. Please check every details. I can bear with the sticker on the wall because it’s no harm but someone’s hair with the code is not acceptable

Staff was nice Hotel lobby and rooms were dark One elevator Bathrooms were not well designed and lacks shower curtain, towel hangers, general storage space, and was colder than the bedroom Bathroom partition was a built in folding wall that had peek-a-boo areas where someone from outside could see in the folding wall cracks Area around the property was safe but in a sloped alleyway

Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance , with amazing food in the local neighborhood as well as a Gangnam station and shopping centers

Very nice and clean hotel, nice size room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower doesn't have a glass screen so the water goes everywhere in the toilet

Good hotel in Gangnum, clean and decent room, kind and helpful staff. Close to bus and subway stops and not too far from Gangnum square.

The staff at the front desk are super pleasant and helpful. General interior was fine. Lots of damage parts in my room. But. Nothing to stress about. Especially when the room was super clean

Caring staff was good but the smoking area in the front I did mot like.

Front desk staff are super nice! Room was sufficient, a little bit small but still manageable (we had 3 adults). Would definitely consider staying again due to great location in Gangnam area of Seoul.

STAY offers more than what's shown on the website. It's also great for staying and recovering after plastic surgery.

A lady in the front desk ruined my stay. When I asked check in, she straight up, asked me the reservation number. Since I expected my name or ID as usual for typical hotel check in that I have done for the past 40 years, I politely asked her to look up by my name instead. She said that they didn't have the correct information passed from Expedia, she needed to see my reservation number. For the first time in my life to grab the reservation number for hotel check in, I had to open up my Expedia app and showed her my itinerary. She starred and read through my whole itinerary, with which I felt very uncomfortable and felt som kind of discrimination. She was absolutely rude. As soon as I got in the room, I immediately contacted Expedia to check if they actually didn't give the correct information to hotel. Expedia contacted a hotel right away and confirmed that hotel had had my name with reservation confirmed, etc. So, obviously this woman gave me a terrible welcoming on purpose for some reason, which ruined my whole stay and made me feel awful and felt unsafe since then. Room is tiny and much smaller than the picture. Bathroom shower has no curtain or door, so water during the shower splashed all over the place on the floor, which makes the whole floor very slippery. Very dangerous, especially if you travel with kids. No gym nor laundry facility. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to exit 3 of yeoksam station. Only 10 min walk to Gangnam station. But what i appreciated the most is how courteous and kind the front desk staff was. Except the malfunction of the thermometer in the room (it was set to a high temp and i could not turn it off), i really enjoyed the stay

Place is just 1min away from Yeoksam train station. Yeoksam is a-bit further from the touristy area but i love the calmness and vibe around the area
