Halo Boutique Hotel

This was a disappointment. Very expensive, no roof top bar as advertised, no swim up bar as advertised. Very poor communication, especially for a hotel that is so difficult to find. Also required full payment in advance outside the Hotels.com website.

Reception and staff were wonderful. Extremely attentive and friendly. But of a moldy smell/some mold in bathroom. Nothing major and overall a lovely stay!

Halo Boutique Hotel is in a great location - the beautiful neighborhood of Santa Cruz and walking distance to all of the historic center attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also big and clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few little niggles that they should have worked out so that we didn't have to bother the lovely staff on duty. For example, we had a room with an enormous super king sized bed but with only two small/flat pillows. We had to go down at night to ask the front desk to get a couple of pillows. Breakfast was also mediocre. It was acknowledged in the reservation and again at check in that a gluten free breakfast was needed and when I arrived to breakfast, they still had no understanding of what this was and no gluten free products were available. I was still able to find other items and staff was helpful after the fact. Just a little thing that could have been avoided. It's a nice little hotel with lovely staff but the stay could have been better with just a bit more attention to detail.

This hotel is situated right in the heart of Seville with all of the sights on your doorstep. The hotel itself offers a small and friendly feel. Staff are all brilliant. Rooms cleaned daily. Roof bar perfect and looks right out over cathedral. A beer and a glass of wine in the hotel will cost you €7 what an absolute bargain!

Perfect location - so close to the Cathedral and Alcázar. Helpful and friendly staff - this was our second stay here and we will definitely be back!

Great hotel in a great location, we were able to walk to all key attractions. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The house maid was particularly attentive and the room kept spotless. Struggled with the room lighting and noise from bar deliveries next to the hotel.

This hotel is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe! It’s cozy, quiet, roomy, private, and with a great view! The size of the room is gigantic, and we knew there was a terrace, but we didn’t know there’s a stair inside our room and our terrace is on the second floor which can access directly from inside our room! It’s truly an amazing experience to the next level! Not to mention the bed and pillows are also so so so comfortable, during the trip the beds are the most important and they did an impressive job! We’ll definitely visit Seville again and we’ll for sure come back to this hotel!

Very central and a lovely rooftop bar. Be aware you will need to walk to the hotel as it is in a no drive zone, not a problem really but you you need to know. The hotel is in a busy area, so can have some noise, but earplugs will solve that and during the day it is brilliant. We were there between Christmas and new year which was beautiful weather and very lively

Very attentive staff

The room was very nice, spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom. The issue was with the heating system, which did not work overly well. First, it was EXTREMELY LOUD sounding like it was about to fail. Loud like a freight train in the room. I like white noise for sleeping, but it was so lound it was impossible to sleep. Second, even with the heat turned to the maximum (27C), i doubt the room reached more that 20C. Hotel staff gave me a portable heater, but it was not nearly powerful enough to heat the room which had cathedral ceilings.

This is a truly hidden gem, we will return!

Loved the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean, but complicated(showers) to operate. Breakfast buffets was nice and fresh, but a bit expensive. I loved the old town area for shopping and eating, but transportation was a bit of a walk.

Nice hotel but needs some upkeep w peeling wood work & bathroom door too heavy to handle. Small windows & very poor lighting in room. Well located & quiet at night
