The staff were so wonderful, very supportive and helpful. I need to understand that things in Spain are quite different from where I live. An example, the kitchen closes after lunch while they prepare for dinner. In addition they eat late (8:30pm) while normally I eat quite earlier than that. Never-the-less, we were able to adjust. The area is very hilly so prepare to walk. The Cathedral is massive so get yourself ready to enjoy the history of arts and the people who devoted themselves over the centuries preserving what we are enjoying today. This hotel’s immediate surrounding is very quiet however when one ventures towards the Cathedral one can note the difference. I like this mixture of living - admiring the fun others add to your life by absorbing it and going back to the hotel to relax. I forgot to mention the hotel has a restaurant and you have the option to eat there or sort somewhere else. I did both. The Blackout was another added flair to the trip. Spain is a beautiful place to visit at least once in a lifetime.

HUGE room and bath, large comfy bed, so perfectly located in the Jewish Quarter to many main sites (El Greco Museum, Sinagoga Santa Maria de la Bianca, obviously the San Reyes Monastery. ) All just steps away. And a fine restaurant downstairs with innovative dishes and good prices. Wish I had longer there!

This is a hidden treasure in Toledo. The location is great the services outstanding it is such a romantic historical place that is very friendly to everyone. We are so glad we booked this place. Close to all historic places and great places to eat and shop.

The staff was just very top notch. They answered all questions, helped us with directions and food. They were super friendly. Nice room and breakfast and lunch. We slept well. Nice hotel right in the city old town center. A/C was great. Parking was ok.

I appreciated the location of this hotel - right in the old town part of Toledo. The room was big and the bathroom was also big. It had a small refrigerator and closet for storing clothes. Staff was friendly and offered a map for attractions.
