Very bad experience, not sure why it’s on your list, no fridge, no iron, no locker in the room. They don’t open the air conditioner system until June although the temperature was 24 degrees in May.They told us to open the windows for air. There was so much noise that you cannot sleep. I need my my money back from Hotel.com

My wife and I spent 3 nights. Very clean hotel, the location is great as you can walk anywhere and it’s very safe. The room is spacious and has all you need. The receptionists need to work on customer service though.

Very nice hotel excellent location

The room was big and the water was hot. Nice quiet place to stop and enjoy a stroll around the streets and allies of Zaragosa.

Perfect if you need a place to rest after a long day of walking around Zaragoza. Did the trick for us!

Heating did not work and it was cold

Air conditioner terrible

They claim to have air conditioning in the rooms but thatbis false. The AC does not work and the staff don't care when you ask them. The rooms were very warm and uncomfortable to sleep; could not open the window because of the street noise.

Very localised and short walking distance to old city. Lots of shops and restaurants within the vicinity.

Really glad there was parking, room was minimal but comfortable. Surprised there was not kettle or drinks facilities.

Nice big family room. Big bathroom, good shower. We were on the 7th floor and the view of the city was lovely. Check in staff weee friendly and could speak English. Parking was interesting! There’s a garage to the right of the main door which opens as you approach. We drove in and a member of staff greeted us there. We then had to use the car lift to the lower floor (that’s a squeeze!!) and park in an allocated spot (€14.50 a night). Convenient to park, but bring your best parking skills with you! Near lots of cafes and supermarkets and the basilica. Only downside is no tea and coffee making facilities.

Clean and comfortable. Property getting old.

Only problem was it said it had windows that opened in the rooms but the window had a bar on it so you could only open it a couple of inches which is not enough to get decent ventilation.
