Great location…centrally located.

Good central location. Large apartment with kitchen. Good views

The location is great. The place is manned 24/7, but very sparsely manned in the evenings. The room was decent. The best thing about the place is the location.

Large apartment and excellent location. The apartment didn’t have a dishwasher but did have a clothes washer. Didn’t like that it had no windows to the street and no fire escape. We were on the fourth floor so that was concerning. Also the bed was moldy.

We had a little confusion with parking and then finding the entrance to the hotel, but once that was sorted, we were checked in and settled in our room in no time. The building has so much character, and it was wonderful to walk out the front door and be right at the Oriente Plaza, and only a few minutes from restaurants, bars and all kinds of activities. Big shout out to Alexandra at the front desk. She was amazingly helpful any time we needed her. She even booked a table for us for a dinner and flamenco show one night. If you are planning a trip to Madrid, you won't wrong staying at this hotel.

The place is just recently renovated. With all the new features specially in the bathroom. The location is 5 minutes away to the Royal Palace of Madrid and less than 10 minutes walk from Mercado and Plaza de Mayor. Unlimited options on dining and shopping around the hotel. Free WiFi and and small fridge. Unfortunately they don’t have laundry service but just 5 minutes walk there’s a laundromat close to the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Great location. The apartment was large with old furniture. Comfortable in a vintage type of way. The best location in Madrid!! Across from the palace and close to shopping and dining! Alesandra at the front was amazing and extremely helpful!

A lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room we were in was beautiful and much larger than we expected. Everything was clean and the bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. We were checked in with a warm welcome and the reception staff always greeted us as we came and went. The hotel is very well located, very central but on a quiet street so nights were peaceful. We would stay again if back in Madrid.

Beautifully equipped charming apartment directly across from Royal Palace and around corner from Opera House - walkable area to all parts - lovely places to eat tapas as well!

I spent two nights here with my sister. The value of the property and what you get is hard to beat. The room was HUGE, very clean & comfortable. The building is historic and directly across from the Palace and many parks. Everything I wanted to do was walking distance. The staff was so friendly & helpful. Many cute cafes to dine at nearby as well. I would recommend it highly & stay here in the future.

This was a unique and gracious room. The location was magnificent and we loved our view of the park by the palace.

Mikyla was wonderful! Very hospitable and polite. Madrid was wonderful.

This hotel was not open but would not refund our money. I am disgustedly with them and hotels.com for not chasing up my money. I will think long and hard about ever using either company.

My wife and I really enjoyed the Apartment and the staff were very accommodating. We found the apartment very spacious get everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and the location is amazing. Would highly recommend staying there

Location is superb, very lovely interior with old European antique touch. Room with low wooden ceiling with windows are very unique. Good facility at the open kitchen area, make me feel like home. Just except one thing, the heating turns on automatically at midnight without been told. Other than this, everything is perfect!

We stayed at the apartments for three nights during our stay in Madrid. Overall we had fairly mixed feelings about the property and we felt the room photos listed didn’t correspond with the room we were given. Pros: Location for us was a real bonus, directly opposite the castle and within easy walking distance of all attractions and metro. The service from the front desk was outstanding. We were made to feel very welcome and Michaela was very knowledgeable about the city and always keen to help us as much as possible. Cons: The room itself was well appointed and had lovely fixtures and fittings. The downside was that both small windows overlook an internal area so a lack of natural light. Also, there was a rather unpleasant, musty smell in the apartment that seemed to be coming from the bathroom drain. The other issue was the noise. Late at night, we could hear music coming from a bar or nightclub until around 2am. We were on the 2nd floor so higher floors might not be affected. To be fair to the property, we didn’t share our concerns with them given we weren’t staying very long and the front desk lady had been so helpful. However, it would have been nice for the cleaning staff to be proactive in identifying and reporting the problem.
