Great hotel,clean and modern! Staff was very attentive and kind. Breakfast was amazing with tons of options to choose from.

My friend and I spent a weekend here and had the most lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and so lovely, the facilities are clean, always smell good and the staff was very friendly. We spent our first afternoon by the pool and even had some sangria thanks to the bar there. Again the service was great. We only had a tiny issue with our room and that was with the AC who didn’t work at first, thankfully we just called the front desk and they were able to reset it without even needing to come up ! The underground parking is also clean and safe which was a huge plus for us. It’s also close walk to everything so no need to take the car out during the stay! Truly if you want a nice place to stay, this is it.

The location is great, the pool is just lovely, a really nice vibe 😊 super clean throughout. The rooms are small the layout means you are always walking around the beds but all in all we had a great stay!

Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

Amazing location, Platja D'Aro is a fantastic town, great restaurants and facilities, the Hotel is right in the middle of it all but very quite. Highly recommend

From the moment you walk through the glass doors and breathe in the new fresh aroma of this 4 star retreat, you are in relaxed mode with a capital R. This hotel is a class act and due to the number of rooms it also has an intimate feel as during June there were only a shall number sharing the bar and pool area. I would recommend holiday makers spend more on the poolside rooms available as our one regret was not doing this. The towels should be left in situ however as there is no need to change them every day even when we left them on the hooks but this is the only bit of advice we could provide as everything was PERFECT! We hope to be back in October and we wish the hotel every success as they embark on their new venture!!!!

Excelente relación precio -calidad

Bueno pues pasé la noche con mi padre ya que estábamos visitando Girona y los alrededores. El personal del restaurante y bar de la primera planta un encanto, y eso fue todo lo bueno. Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, que haya hormigas, pero hormigas no una ni dos sino decenas en la habitación. El agua de la ducha se sale y llega prácticamente hasta la puerta del pasillo. Se sale de la ducha con puerta cerrada y del baño con puerta cerrada. Obviamente, hay que mencionar que esto nos dimos cuenta después de cenar y tomar una cerveza por la zona. Al volver, a la 1 y algo de la mañana, con todas las maletas deshechas, observamos lo descrito anteriormente. Contactamos con recepción donde nos dicen que simplemente es un empleado del hotel que se ocupa de la seguridad. A la mañana siguiente nos comentan que qué tal la estancia, o sea que la comunicación brilló por su ausencia a nivel interno. Le tuve que comentar el índicente a lo que nos respondió la recepcionista (espero que está vez sí que lo fuera) "y por qué no os cambiasteis de habitación?" Ni disculpa, ni alternativa, ni nada ... todavía tenemos la culpa nosotros. En fin... Impresionante. El hotel medio vacío, sino completamente vacío y la habitación con una cantidad ingente de hormigas. Un auténtico desastre. No es un cero porque la chica del bar de la primera planta, insisto, era un encanto.

Bonjour plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel tout parfait jusqu’à présent, sauf le dernier séjour où un mascara a disparu la veille de notre départ alors que nous l’avions laissé à côté de la machine à café. Je n’accuse personne ( vol, mis à la poubelle par erreur ou autre) l’accueil à l’écoute certes mais aucun dédommagement proposé. Nous devons à nouveau nous rendre à Platja d’Aro au mois d’Octobre mais à cet hôtel ??? Nous ne savons pas

Très bel hébergement. L’hôtel est très calme, ce qui est étonnant puisqu'il est en plein centre-ville. Lorsque l'on s'installe sur un transat près de la piscine, on n'entend absolument pas la circulation extérieure. Nous avons simplement rencontré un problème avec la climatisation, qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours, Nous avions alors une température constante de 25°C dans la chambre…

Faltan colgadores para la ropa mojada, no hay tendedero o secador de toallas eléctrico con lo cual la ropa de la playa no se seca. En el gimnasio no hay toallas ,ni agua, tampoco material para limpiar las máquinas antes o después de su uso. Por lo demás todo bien.

Hotel tres sympa et qualitatif proche de la plage et du centre ville je recommande

Petit problème de serrure vite réglée , le personnel très sympathique nous a donné une autre chambre et un bon pour 1 boisson à la piscine. C’était très bien

Todo ha sido genial, pero por mejorar algo recomendaría más cantidad de tumbonas en la piscina, creo que hay espacio para poner más.

So happy I chose this hotel! The value for money was superb before high season. Everything was new and clean and room was comfortable. Perfect location to walk everywhere: bus station, beach, restaurants, shops. Staff was friendly. I would recommend the buffet breakfast with great selection of sweet and savoury food.
