Guests must transfer to the property via Airport shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This is a designated quarantine hotel. The property can only accept bookings from travelers who are required to quarantine (i.e. international travelers). You may be asked to provide evidence of this on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Guests will receive an email from the property with mandatory fees payment instructions within 24 hours after booking the reservation. Payment is made via a secure link and due within 24 hours after receiving the email. Guests who have not paid the fees in advance will not be able to check in. This is a certified Sri Lanka Tourism Level 1 property. Sri Lanka Tourism Level 1 is a health and safety certification issued by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
