Great staff, food well presented ,good choice except a little limited for vegetarians. Hotel a little date but comfortable and well appointed

The hotel was a calm oasis in the city and the service was outstanding. Food was excellent.

This just isn’t a 5 star hotel, the majority of staff were friendly but the place is tired and needs work. Large areas outdoors were shut off and broken sundeds strewn around, lights on the pool hanging by electrical cables to name a few. Service was mostly slow, taking 20 minutes to check into a near empty hotel and having to wait for over 30 minutes for a bottle of water at the steak restaurant when we were literally the only guests in there at 7:30pm, we wended up back in the room with a takeaway, the waitress never came back. The club lounge manager was very nice and the chef was very friendly, breakfast was good with prompt service.

The property and staff were excellent it was situated in a convenient location for our trip. Just didn’t understand why there were carpets in the rooms in a hot country these can look grubby very quickly and spoil the look. Apart from that the place was excellent

Well run hotel in good location. Food was really good (room service dinner and breakfast buffet). Staff very attentive. Lovely pool. They do need more lounge chairs and umbrellas as twice in our three day stay not available. More staff serving food and drinks on pool deck would be helpful and more bar selection as many items on the menu weren’t available. Rooms big, very clean with large bathrooms. Housekeeping staff so friendly and responsive. Recommend new mattresses / pillow tops as ours was older and hard. Overall great 3 night stay!

-The staff was excellent... Very polite, friendly, and responsive (Amna and Samahair were especially pleasant) - Location is just minutes from mutrah souq. -their gym is pretty good and they had separate gym separate times for women's swimming pool. So that was nice. - The only negative was the beds. Wish they had more firm mattresses (maybe they do I didn't really ask)

Very comfortable and well run hotel. I thought from the pictures that it looked dated but actually the rooms were very comfortable, with a light and airy restaurant area. The pool area is lovely and sheltered, the food is excellent and it's nice that you can eat out by the pool in the evening. The staff were friendly with good service. It's only 10 mins walk to the bus station. The gym and indoor pool are large and modern. The only downsides are that there isn't much in the nearby CBD area, dinner service could be slow and the pool buildings need some refurbishment.

Though the stay was comfortable due to the hotel's location and general ambience, the rooms were very dirty and not even close to it's other much lower priced competitors. The room carpets were filthy to say the least, the windows had streaks of dirt from the outside, the light fittings unmaintained, poor quality of linen, etc. Not worth the bill.

I pretty much enjoyed every aspect of my stay Sheraton Oman! A real 5star according to my standard.

I liked the gym and spa area very much. Papada is a great masseur, mr Amir a professional trainer! The front desk staff have very good social skills, willing to please Samahir. Amna & Ibrahim we’re most helpful but the best welcome I have had at 5a.m.was by mr Mustafa wonderful smile and nothing was too much trouble!! Great personality. The breakfast / food team were amazingly efficient always there to bring food to you and quietly clear the table… they made breakfast a treat, smiling faces. Mr Fernando, Gada, Zar chi and many more all extremely memorable young men made it a pleasant start to the day! Room service was excellent always on time and respectful polite style. All in all it was sad having to leave a lovely hotel and such warm people behind. Last but not least the cleaning & bedroom service was great always there! Cecel very professional and the young men who politely delivered water etc. unforgettable! A huge thanks and please nite it was all appreciated including the festive stocking! 🙏Happy New year to one and all.

All good, good a bit pricey but I guess to be expected. Room was quiet despite busy street. To avoid hotel food adventure out to surrounding neighbourhood for authentic Indian curry !
