Great staff and location. No extra for early check-in on the morning we arrived! But room was too small for wife and me. Expected a more normal room, for example, one in which both sides of the bed are accessible. WOULD NOT WANT THESE ROOMS AGAIN!

Very friendly staff. As always "citizenM" functionality, quality and cleanliness. Great location with quick access to city center and nice restaurants nearby. Great stay and definitely "very recommendable" hotel in Geneva.

Check in staff were great. The young ladies running the bar area were not as friendly, slow to acknowledge people or wait on them. The room was very small as in go sit on the bed so I can brush my teeth or go thru my suitcase.

Never again. This is place is all controlled by ipads, the room is a bizarre pod like situation with a toilet/shower combo just free standinging in there. The bed touches 3 walls so you have to climb over to get in or out. There is ZERO privacy for the "bathroom" area. Strong feeling of being watched. This felt like the movie "The Island" where they refer to you as "citizens". Creepy and bizarre, not for us.

This was a perfect location to access shopping and dining and the south waterfront. Also excellent access to the metro system - and you get free access for your stay! The rooms were sleek and modern, an ipad to control everything. Just did not like the "check yourself in/out".

Excellent location. But for me the room is too ultra modern and not comfort to move about in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent but the lack of floor space and bed up against the wall was not suitable. I would have preferred not to have an iPad for the lights and tv and had coffee/tea facilities in the room. The tv didn’t have a sleep mode which is a must in my opinion for any tv, as I fall asleep with the tv on. No cotton buds/pads in the room. As a frequent traveller it is expected when booking 3+* hotels..and a traveller that is coming with hand luggage as so much more convenient way to travel nowadays.

Hotel location is good. It is located in the old town and there is direct bus no. 10 go and from airport. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom size and water pressure are good. They provide free public transport pass which is a super big saver to our travel expenses.

Great location and good value for our stay. 24 hour kitchen and bar which was great as some things were closed over the NY period. Room was quite small but plenty enough for a city break for a few days. Would stay here again if we revisit Geneva!
