Beautiful hotel! The front desk staff were incredible! Every employee we encountered from the housekeeping staff to the bartender to the shuttle driver were all top tier! Super convenient to the tram and super clean and safe!

It’s the best experience we’ve had in a hotel.they noticed it was my daughter’s birthday and they made sure she had an amazing time. Booking a great restaurant. Providing a cake to the room. I was moved by the staff effort.

The hotel is great. Definitely stay here if you are in Geneva on a conference. The only complaint is that the waiters at the restaurant are very European, the service is slow, they don’t smile, and they don’t real care about you

We arrive at 9:30pm they told us the dinner restaurant closes at 11:00pm what they didnt tell us is that at 10:00pm the menu change and we can only order some things. I had to stand up and go looking forsome one to take our order. Service is slow. Also the shower wasnt clean there were hairs in the floor and in the walls
Its a beautiful hotel and the reception and room is nice, just need to work on the service and cleanness.
