We have stayed here a number of times because it is right across the street from the historic cathedral and and easy walk to the Old City down below. They have paid parking but if you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you.

Located in the old part of the town near to the Cathedral and historic walks and scenery. Pleasant front desk staff and cleaners. Breakfast was satisfactory. Good bathroom facilities. Bed comfortable. Accessible to local restaurants nearby.

The hotel was neat and tidy but not too big. There was no facilities in the hotel and breakfast was not included. It was a hot day but we had no air conditioner but a small fan.
Overall the hotel was ok, staff friendly and for the price, I have stayed at better hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel before.
It is in a lovely spot in the old town with everything close by, restaurants and sightseeing.
Breakfast is plentiful with scrambled eggs and bacon as a hot choice as well as continental.
The rooms are clean but beginning to look shabby.
Paper cups instead of china mugs for hot drinks.
No frills.
I would say it’s a low 3 star.

A pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. Lots of shopping areas around, and walking distance from the train station. Got a simple room which is not large but still of reasonable size. It had a proper desk to work, a wardrobe and good wifi. The only downside in my opinion is the water saving shower head, that blows so much air that it's cooling you (maybe nice in summer but not in winter).
