This was 100% OK for my trip and I am glad I didn't pay extra for a fancier hotel closer to the town centre. Staff were helpful and my room was perfect, so no complaints. There is a gym across the road, shops close by and a short walk to the office.

The hotel said it did not receive any room requests. We need a handicap room. Room was so small it was difficult to get the wheelchair in. Once in the room the wheelchair was a safty concern. Staff tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

BEWARE THIS HOTEL HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. if its hot outside you won't be able to sleep. In addition, there are no laundry facilities, they will wash your clothes for a per piece fee so high it would be cheaper to buy new clothes. The shower is either freezing or scalding, you choose! There is construction behind the hotel with the corresponding noise starting at 7am. In other words stay somewhere else.

The room was comfortable but a little small but for the price it was adequate. Evening meals were limited to re-heated frozen foods which were adequate but there are several restaurant nearby in the city centre (10 minute walk) Parking is 8SF with plenty of space. Breakfast was basic but also adequate.
