It's a great place to stay. Comfortable bed. There was a great shower, and towels and a hairdryer were provided. There were complimentary Taiwanese snacks and coffee in the room. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This was a second time I stayed in Cityinn in a month,staff very kind and caring,
When I arrival at noon ,Sharon said My luggage will in the story room and take me to the community room ,it is some drink and snack.lucky at 2pm
She come to me and room is readty WOW

Clean hotel with a lounge on the second floor to get a (very) light breakfast, coffee and tea (24 hours) and can eat take out food. Conveniently near a metro station and restaurants nearby.
All of the employees were vey helpful, especially Annie at the front desk who always had helpful hints for us. Thanks so much!

Terrific location to a train station that is easily accessed from the end of the airport rail line. Welcoming staff and immaculate presentation. Would highly recommend City inn Hotel Plus.

Booked 1 night to join the countdown party at Taipei 101. Hotel check in and check out was smooth, room was in good condition, nothing to complain about. Snacks and coffee/tea at the lounge is a bonus as it was late afternoon when we checked in and we hadn't have our lunch. On the same night hotel also prepared snacks, hot food, cup noodles, drinks as a small gesture for NY countdown. Walking distance to Brown line and bus stop from hotel, we even walked back from Taipei 101 after countdown as MRT was crowded, yes it is walkable, about 55 mins.

Its location is perfect for someone doesn’t own a car. There is a decent grocery nearby. A variety of restaurants, bakeries, drugstore and coffee shop all within 3 minutes walking distance. The service was great. The facility is well maintained. I actually booked my second stay there after I returned my China trip.
