Huge room, thick wall, very quiet floors. Wonderful customer services and breakfast buffet! The location is right outside of the metro station. Very easy to get to!

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE PROPERTY

Hotel staff is very nice, they have tea, coffee and bottled water in the lobby as well as in the room. Room is spacious and clean, pillows and bed were soft, but the deep tub to soak and wash had no soap. There was a separate shower i had to walk across to wash and rinse because the soap and shampoo was fixed inside. Did not provide shaver, toothbrush, toothpaste or comb due to new taiwan environmental rules, and had to ask for the cotton swab. Towel hangers are right next to the toilet. No laundry machine, only laundry service. Overall, it's a great hotel to stay at bc it is right next to nanhua market and metro exit, and liuhe market only several blocks away. Lots of restaurants, clothes, luggage, money exchange, etc. shops nearby. They also exchange money in the hotel but higher fees.

Very convenient location near the Formosa Station. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The darker ambience in the lobby can attract mosquitos to gather so watch your ankles. Breakfast buffet had a range drinks, salads, fruit, and hot food items on rotations.

The gym only has treadmills, the coffee tastes really bad, and the salad and fruit at breakfast aren’t very fresh.

Great hotel that is near the train station. The hotel also offers an amazing breakfast and the room was very clean and stylish. I would definitely recommend it

The hotel is generally good as a hotel with years. The rooms are so big and well equipped.

There was an odor on the floor and in the room. The room was also dark and not very clean.

Such amazing and friendly staff. Hotel itself is beautiful with top notch restaurants. Our room was clean and very spacious. Internet connectivity was a bit slow. Other than that, would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

One of the nicest hotel experiences I have had in Asia. Lovely hotel and excellent location just steps from Formosa Blvd KMRT station. The staff was uniformly helpful and knowledgeable about Kaohsiung. I will definitely be back to work explore more and will definitely stay at the Dua.

Nice hotel and close to public transportation

This hotel has been my preferred choice whenever I visit my family in Kaohsiung since 2016. The service is always exceptional, and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The room size varies, so make sure to choose the one that suits your needs. The amenities in the room are comfortable, and I have no complaints. However, I would like to suggest that they add weights to the fitness center. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable, and I have had it in the past when it was included in the room rate. If not, there are plenty of options available around the hotel. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby, and parking is included.
