由台南機場到達 Room 5. 紐約客公寓車程只需大概15分鐘，車資 NTD200 在車上已可以跟屋主聯絡，很清晰的指示，順利到達二館屋內房內的傢俱都很新淨，而且地點都很方便，有些台南景點都可以徒步去到如果有一大班朋友的話，可以預定四間房子，一齊歡度一個台南之旅

During booking there was no communication. We couldn't make our reservation and couldn't get a hold of anyone. VRBO didn't list a way to cancel via mobile phone either. No response from owner. They don't really care.

我們是兩大一小 . 初次來到台南旅遊約花了一小時才找到慕特公寓所以交通地點上建議可說在忠義路三段上的小宮廟 (有招牌凸出來 “福德” ) 及素食店中間小巷子進去後到底右轉. 沒有電梯所以對有帶小小孩的父母來說有些吃力. 公寓外觀很不起眼但開了門後進去卻令人驚艷布置及擺設都讓我有種低調的奢華感公共區域客廳的那張木桌讓我很想一直在上頭喝茶點(有茶包及小餅乾可吃) 黃色燈光照射下好溫暖選的是赫本房有一雙人床浴室很大有一超棒可泡澡的白色大浴缸我跟女兒一起泡澡很舒服好開心本來擔心雙人房要容納三人太擠但旁邊的黑色皮沙發可以攤開變成小床所以很OK 如果多附上一單人棉被更好開車需要找路邊畫線的停車位整體覺得很棒很乾淨離赤崁樓步行就到了，大推喔!

首先，客觀上來說，飯店管理人員非常積極，內裝也是盡可能簡潔，除了浴室沒有抽風系統導致的些許潮溼霉味，以及出現蟑螂之外，基本上房間還算舒適。針對業者透過站內信告知我選擇的房型在B地，表示不解。當初看準了位址在忠義路並於12/11訂房間，甚至選了不可取消之房型，業者在12/23（27號入住）宣稱我選的房型本來就在B地，而不是民宿資訊中披露的A地，查收信件時，我當作是住房提醒並沒有仔細查看，業者便將訊息已讀當作已妥善告知。 XX飯店（民族）、XX飯店（忠義），這是我在住房平台多次下訂房間所看到業者最為常見的標明方式，因此我合理質疑此業者是有意「擺A賣B」致使消費者在「平台不可取消之政策下」成為類似買賣案件中最大的輸家。縱使業者有意退費400，也彌補不了自頭至尾從未承認錯誤與表達歉意的作法。

屋內環境不錯，不過廁所的燈光太昏暗了。另外，住宿是公寓的四樓，只能爬樓梯上四樓，這點需要在飯店資料中詳細說明才對，因為可能有行李太多&身體不便無法爬太多樓梯的情況，到了現場會傻眼的。

民宿地理位子很棒，在寧靜的巷裡，附近有很多美食可以走路去買回房裡吃，有開車的人也不用擔心，附近路邊停車很好找；但冰箱是在客廳共用的！盥洗用品只有牙刷牙膏.吹風機.大浴巾而已其他都沒有，是比較不足的地方

This is a really unfriendly hostel. First of all, the hostel address is wrong, so we take a lot of time finding the hostel. When we were there, we have no way to find the key until we found somebody to contact the householder. The bed sheet was old and not comfortable when you slept in it. The air conditioning was weak too . 這是一個沒人招待你的民宿. 民宿主人不人會主動聯絡你而網上給的地址是錯的. 這使我們用了很多時間才能住進去. 這樣高的價錢卻給客人這麼差的服務, 實在令我們很失望. 房間內的床單是很殘舊的, 而冷氣也是不足夠的. 我希望大家預訂之前一定要三思, 不要被那此相片騙到.

紐約客的房間是在火車站後站唷~ 再麻煩民宿小幫手幫大家特別註明唷~ 不然走錯地方，當天才知道在不同位址~ 真的好累~ 原本安排的點很多去不了！真的好崩潰！民宿小幫手，人很好~ 整體房間算很乾淨唷！！
