まず、看板がなく、探すのに時間がかかり、日本語スタッフが、いない、iPadで変換しながら会話、しつこい、時間かかる、清掃はまるで駄目、シーツ類は変えてない。オーナー、スタッフは悪くないが、宿泊施設としての体制が、まるで整っていない。もしかして無認可営業では？御社もしっかり調査するべきでは？とにかく怖かった。
