Basically this is an apartment, so you can do more like cook by yourself, wash your own clothes, etc. Even a dining table is there, so it is very nice for a family to stay in. The breakfast is delicious too.

Thanks to the kind front desk staff who remembered me and put me in a better Pool view room due to a mix up on a past visit.
This is a apartment style hotel with big rooms,Kitchen,utensils,medium size nice pool and good breakfast. Plus near Mrt Train and Shopping, one of my go to properties while staying on this side of Bangkok, thanks guys.

The property itself is nice, with a good gym and pool area and large rooms. It’s also walking distance to night markets and malls.
Downside was that they were very strict on their cancellation policies. We had a change to our travel plans and requested to leave a day early but they refused to give a refund or even partial refund for that day. Felt a bit frustrating after having booked a longer stay with them and spent money at their hotel, which is more expensive than a lot of the comparable options.

Property is fine, large sized rooms and good bathrooms. Breakfast is supposed to have a western/American option but in reality amounts to some chicken sausages (no pork sausage or bacon of any kind on offer) and no cheese that I could find. Half the breakfast seating is outside where one is plagued by pigeons hopping around and onto the table.
I explained my disappointment with the western option and was suggested to try the thai version of breakfast. I explained that I paid for a western option and wanted a refund of breakfast for my last day. This refund was refused....so it was toast and butter for breakfast...
Would this stop me from staying again? No, the amenities are good. I would just not recommend any westerner paying for the breakfast package.

The hotel location is good. Less than 5min to thailand culture mrt.
The front desk english is not so good but ok
The shower water pressure is not so good n the aircon blower is noisy...tv channels is limited hopefully they will improve..the toilet seat is automated! .housekeeping everyday. The room is clean n modern.

Overall, loved the hotel location & room layout. Good selection of Foreign Cable Tv available. Pool, wifi, safe deposit box, 2x TVs, own laundry machine, kitchen facilities .. all good. Only two disappointments. 01. My room 51 suffers from leaky a/c in the main room, water marks still visible on ceiling (same room, Same problem?) 02. Not too sure how clean the main living room was be occupation was, before my occupancy... but there was dust and shopping litter under the main sofa area.

Larger room than expected, as I booked the cheapest one, so certainly of residence size. Got upgraded to a pool view which was nice and lush. Bathroom was also spacious, and room came with more appliances than anticipated - built-in microwave, hob cooker, and washing machine. I booked this place to avoid rush hour and work while waiting to watch The Lion King, it served as a great hotel office, although I didn't have much luck with the free wi-fi, though I may have used the wrong one that didn't require a password. I also found the room well lit but with multiple lights to configure the mood. Would also recommend this place for a staycation of great value. However, when asking for an early check-in noting that I only needed it for day use, the response was a penalty pricelist. Perhaps offer day rates as you advertise as office away from home. Or simply say you're fully booked and can't accommodate my request.

1400 meters to Thailand Cultural Centre, not 400 meter. Reception could not advice where to find a steakhouse nearby. Only one small powder coffee per person in the suite. Had to argue for more. The neighbourhoof is not worthy og a 4.5 star hotel nor is the entrance and reception area. Breakfast area is good. Can choose between small indoor or ny the pool
