Rooms overall are ok as per the price. But feeling that it is not ok at all is the receptionist We check in from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately. The staff are men. But playing on the phone does not smile very sullen like anyone forced to sit And not willing to service at all Like going to request a free stay Improve the service. If you don't have a service mind like this, ask without knowing. Making impatient gestures When entering the room, our room's light didn't turn on and informed her that "Please notify the technician" with an irritating tone. Without any tone of voice // Probably wouldn't go to stay or wouldn't recommend anyone to stay again

The air conditioner in the room is not cold. Call to report to the front that the technician is not available. Please wait. If the mechanic comes, will check. OK. Wait 1 hour. Call again. Saying that the mechanic is coming up. The conclusion is that there are no technicians. Finally, wait a little longer then change the room for The total waiting time is approximately 1.30 hours.

Hotel not far from city and use grab. Check in OK not wait too long. Room ok looking nice but no have shampoo. No have coffee. Door from balcony can't lock. Breakfast very very bad food is not warming, spoon coffee no have staff they not take care, stinking glass I check another glass stink same.
