Noisy room, constant traffic noise 22hours per day , quiet between 0300 and 0500. Cleaning staff miserable, reception staff okay. Hotel not as good as I expected. One miniture bar of soap and small bottle of shampoo for 4 days, buy your own. Out of the 8 ceiling lights only 4 worked. No table or chairs on the balcony, just a sand bucket for cigarette butts. Pick a room away from the road.

最近泊まった安宿の中では一番良かったです。2000円以内で静かで清潔な宿、床などはピカピカ禁煙なので変な匂いもしないし、タバコはバルコニーで吸えるし近くにブッカアオの常設市場で安く食事ができます。ブッカアオからテンソーで何処にでも行けますしコスパか最高。

Proprietario molto gentile,serio,disponibile ed onesto. Il personale (donna delle pulizie) anch'essa molto cortese e davvero molto professionale. Posso solo parlare bene del mio soggiorno,al check-in il proprietario mi ha subito fatto un upgrade poiché le stanze (standard) erano tutte su un lato dell'edificio dove accanto vi erano dei lavori e quindi forse rumorose,inoltre avendo la disponibilità mi la lasciato utilizzare la stanza sino alle ore 19 anziché sino alle 12 (ora del check out) senza chiedere nulla (nonostante la stanza fosse rimasta libera NON È UNA COSA DA TUTTI!!!!!). In più all'arrivo del taxi la prima cosa che ha fatto dopo avermi portato la valigia (dal 4 piano) è darmi la cauzione di per la chiave. La posizione ritengo sia ottima poiché rimane in una via secondaria (ma comunque sicura come uasi tutta la Thailandia) ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. DAVVERO COMPLIMENTI!!!

Posizionato in una strada poco frequentata vicino a Soi Buakhao. Perfetto per la vita notturna e allo stesso tempo la tranquillità è garantita. Cosa non scontata a Pattaya. Lo consiglio.
