The hotel and staff are amazing. It’s a great place to stay if you are just going to the airport. Options walking distance from the hotel are scarce so we stocked up on supplies/snacks before going.

The property is EXCELLENT, and I loved the hotel and my room. The kitchen staff and lobby staff were terrific. My only concern is that the location is isolated and it takes about 45 minutes to do anything in Manila - but if you want an isolated and quiet location... this location is IDEAL.

Good room, excellent room, very good. Good atmosphere, but a bit far from the city. But if you really want to relax, this place is the answer. The price is okay.

1. Waiting for check-in for a very long time (30 minutes) 2. The female staff had a grumpy face, like she didn't want to come to work. 3. The room card couldn't be used to open the door. Had to wait to get a new card. 4. The room wasn't clean. Hair fell out all over the bed when I first opened the door. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. 5. The furniture in the room had a lot of stains. It wasn't cleaned well at all.
