I’ve had some issues with this hotel in the past but decided to give them another chance as the view and the location are fantastic. On arrival I was not happy with this room so I went to reception and I met a wonderful lady who is the reception manager and her name is Gift. Not only did she allay all of my concerns but she also made it her personal attention to look after me which was so very satisfying. I was moved to a suite which was very generous. I could not be happier with the service this time around and in particular attention from Gift. I would have no hesitation returning and starting again. My room was very grand an extremely palatial living up to its name. I could not be happier

Good location with excellent facilities, pool, on site massages, good food, pool bar, helpful efficient and friendly staff. Hotel is opposite a lovely beach and has easy access to central pattaya, shopping malls, restaurants. This is our third visit and will definitely stay there again

The staff an property were excellent. The only thing I could add would be in room safes and shower height to accommodate taller people. Other than that, the people we met everywhere were wonderful and the property was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and the area.

The staff for horrendous on entry another hotel that lives by its own Policy and will probably die that way. Just because you have a 2 PM check-in doesn’t mean you should make people wait if the rooms are ready. Someone needs to teach these people about customer service. Not only Check In but check out. I still love the hotels, location and the sunset rooms for the balconies facing forward I would not stay in the back in the so called chalet, which are just rooms at the back. The girls at the front desk are absolutely useless and all they do is chatter amongst each other and laugh and carry on while you’re busy waiting to get a room check and pay your deposit, sign your forms, etc. They have no customer awareness or care. One girl in particular Was absolutely clueless kept eating her food

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Only thing i didn't like was the frosted glass sliding doors dividing the sleeping area and the bathroom. However, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool areas are really good, nice and clean.

A special thanks to Ms. MIU ,who has made our vacation memorable,while cheking I requested her for upgrade which she did,and given us the Sea facing rooms,her dedication towards the guest happiness is remarkable. Excellent location , staff very efficient and friendly. SO clean. Yes, rooms a bit dated especially the bathroom but everything worked and they have clearly spent money in a lot of bar, toilet and restaurant areas. We had top floor deluxe sea view.

I booked in a superior room where the sewage water has bursted They didn’t offer me any other option even the room stinked really badly I was forced to take another room which they charged me double They advertised that there is a gym on the hotel which was the most shameless gym I have ever seen in my life Never will stay at that hotel again

Frukosten var dålig. Rummen i dåligt skick. För få stolar runt poolerna. Fick plats först på eftermiddagen. Endast en bar var öppen på en av poolerna. Värdefacken fanns endast i receptionen och var endast åtkomliga mellan 8-20. Smutsig strand med fimpar och kapsyler. Riktig turistfälla i detta område Jomtien. Fick åka långt för att hitta en bra restaurang.
