ไปถึงโรงแรม ตั้งแต่บ่ายสอง แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่า ลูกค้าคนก่อนยังไม่ออก ให้มาอีก ภายใน 40 นาที ไม่เช้าใจว่า ในเมื่อในระบบมีการจองแล้ว ทำไมไม่เคลียร์ให้ว่างก่อนลูกค้าเข้าพัก พอถึงอาหารเช้า พนักงานตอนเช้าพูดจาแย่มาก ขึ้นเสียงใส่ว่า ลูกค้าไม่มีในรายชื่ออาหารเช้า แต่นระบบแอพ Travel เราซื้ออาหารเช้าไว้ด้วย สรุปคืด พนักงานตอนเช็คอินไม่ได้แจ้งไว้ ในระบบ ซื้ออาหารเช้าไว้ พนักงานกริยาแย่มากค่ะ

Since I booked 2 rooms for a long time, a week But do not lock the customer room to stick together The problem is the room next door. Smoking and the smell flowing in through the plug, very stinky, can't sleep, can't change the room If the customer gets the next room, this will not happen. And do not understand the hotel to smoke in the bedroom? There is a balcony that should be labeled there.

2 rooms in Tong, found both rooms adjacent, smelly and smelly, found almost 20 dead cockroaches in the bathroom, estimated that the room had not been opened for years. So I moved to the express room. Think of another water bill Don't go back a million percent. Not recommended.

Staff gave me one room after 10 mins, they knocked my door said to me it was Deluxe room I have to pay extra charge and she said to me if I used any serviced in those room I have to pay services charge as well.. only 10 mins getting in to the room how I could touch any of there services even my shoes not took off properly yet room was insecure as well

It’s a very horrible air conditioner. Only hot wind all 5 mins stay and asked staff to solve that problem but after that hot wind went out again. Can’t stay overnight here. Only 20 mins was enough for me. So, last night I paid for hot wind air condition to this hotel for 20 mins. Really unvaluable hotel.

Check in is very slow, I have to wait for 30mins. They should get the room number ready. Check-in time 14:00 I understand. But I came to check in around 21:00 and still have to wait so long to get into the room.
