The hotel is far away, we find it hard to find. But from penang to hatuyai, you don't want to take you to this hotel, because it's far away. Driver to be confused with this address. The receptionist cannot speak English. There is no hot water machine in the room or dispenser. Hotels are still relatively new. The location is less strategic.
