The staff were all amazing. Loved the hotel and the environment. It was my 1st time visiting and it was a wonderful experience definitely will be coming back with all my family. It is very hard to get to the Hotel. Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Nice selection for the breakfast. Great views and you can get free mud bath and float in the Dead Sea without leaving the hotel.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel has a small beach which is perfect right now since tourism is very slow in Jordan. I would imagine during busy times the beach is too small. We enjoyed the mud bath and a morning Dead Sea soak. We ended up eating at the Lebanese restaurant which was outstanding! My only complaint is the no outside food or drinks. You are stuck paying their outrageous prices which I didn’t have this problem at any other hotel in Jordan. Otherwise it was a good stay

We had an excellent stay, wonderful service and delicious food. Definitely would come back. Only note, there was one available pool (the other was under construction and it was not noted anywhere! Thus the pool was too crowded)
