Lacosta Hotel

Good quality 4* hotel at city center. Whole service was very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a nice view from our higher floor room. We staid at the middle of the week. So there was no problem with parking and we could park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Value for money room with a great view. No negatives for the hotel, but outside the hotel there are beggars who will nag you several times, which is a bit discomforting

Good location in the center of Aqaba. Clean room and comfortable bed that has enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders. Sanad at reception stood out. He is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, not because it's his job, but because that is his natural personality. He is one of the most genuine people I've encountered in a hotel. Lacosta Hotel is lucky to have him. The interior of the hotel is noisy from fellow guests, (and an amateur football team?) Sounds echo through the hallways. And the guests in the adjacent room smoked, and left the door open so the hall smelled of smoke. And smoke came through the ventilation system into my room throughout the day and night. It would be better if smoking and non-smoking rooms were on separate floors. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options.

Reception was kind and helpful. Well located in the center. Breakfast has wide variety and is satisfying. Only one thing to improve, the drain in the shower room should be repaired not to cause a flood.

They charge me extra 15$ for 1 room

The room was clean and the bed was very nice too.

On the surface it looks clean but it isn’t. The bath doesn’t drain so you are showering in water. Things are broken, NO fruit at breakfast, poor service, rubbish lying around, squealing kids running up and down the hallway on our floor for hours, on and off all afternoon and until midnight.

We stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is in the city center. A short walk to the market and restaurants. There is also a variety of restaurants under the hotel. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are very quiet, clean and functional. The staff is very courteous, smiling and trying to help with everything. Breakfast was good and varied. Very good value for money. No doubt we will return

Nice location near food places, beach, stores. Room as spacious and had a great balcony. Staff was always helpful. Laundry was reasonably priced. Good value.

The Lacoste is in a good location, close to a lot of restaurants and markets. The staff were very helpful, with directions and suggestions for restaurants.

Location amazing close to everything in the center of Aqaba. Breakfast was not good .

We checked in and were given a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean, bedding and sheets and bed were pristine and comfy. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on our first night in Jordan. I’m glad we stayed in a local hotel and not an international one. It was, in my opinion, just as good as if not better than the Intercontinental we stayed at later in the week. We would have come back here if they had finished the pool. The forecast was 29 degrees and we had a flight at 5pm so wanted a hotel we could just chill by the pool before leaving so ended up staying down the road but had the pool be3n ready we’d have stayed here. Buffet just as good as every 5 star hotel we stayed at, room was better than some and service was great. Nice to be able to walk round town and try out the local eateries

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Tge breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Our room was good.
