Mövenpick Hotel Amman

The hotel and the staff were lovely. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. When I checked in, the TV was not broadcasting any international news channels. When I informed them, they made sure that CNN was back within 24 hrs. The rooms, restaurant services, housekeeping, guest services were all very friendly and attentive. Good job 👍

It is a safe and quiet area. The hotel is very clean. Food is delicious. I like the buffet nights in the first-floor dining room. Carmela rendered service above and beyond her job. She was very accommodating and pleasant. My only comment is the dining room on the 3rd floor is a smoking-allowed area. I cannot take any cigarette smell, but one has a choice to order room service, and this is what I did. If this is the only dining room for the night- make it non-smoking and have another place for smokers. If one is out for a 12-hour tour, sitting in the dining room and enjoying a meal after a long day is nice- not eating one's in the hotel room. The 3rd-floor dining staff (I forgot his name) was very nice and accommodating also. My room is very clean and maintained every day. I slept well.
