Euro Park Hotel Bursa

A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university so not within walking distance from the city or food areas.

The hotel was very nice. But during my stay the A/C not working properly they change my room 3 times finally they maintain it. Friendly staff at reception.

Do not feel you are in 5 star hotel, also the quality of breakfast is not reach to 5 star food, no selection, poor service, poor management not reach to 5 star

Everything was so wrong about this hotel I even don't know where to begin with. We booked our room really late, around 11 pm local time. When we got there around 12 am, we first waited at the reception around 20 mins to check-in, because the desk was crowded and only one person was working. When it was our turn to check-in, the receptionist told us they couldn't find our reservation. We forwarded them our confirmation, he made a few calls, made us wait there, then he asked us `what time are you planning to check out`. What a weird question to ask guests. Anyways, after 15 more minutes, we got our keycard and headed to the room. Although our reservation was specifically a double, non-smoking room, he gave us a twin room. We went back there and asked for a change. They offered us to combine beds but we said it would be more comfortable if they can arrange a double. So they gave us a double room. When we entered the room everything seemed ok but then we realized that they gave us a smoking room. The curtains had a heavy smell, the air conditioning was struggling, the bed also wasn't a double. In fact, it was 2 twins combined, one of which was super soft and the other was rock hard. (The reason why we didn't want twin beds in the beginning). The towels had this really heavy chlorine-like chemical smell. The shower had this leftover shampoo from previous guests. When we asked for toothbrushes, they brought us only 1 toothbrush after more than 1 hr. TLDR: Dirty room, bad service

An oasis of comfort, cleanliness and hosted by a team of friendly and professional people. It was boosted by a great spa and exercise centre. The massage and Turkish Bath were both of a high level and reasonably priced by Western European standards. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay was good and comfort and hotel was good in location and easy to drive

Hot water pressure was not that great. In the middle of the shower cold water was coming out for a sec then hot again. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Then I heard from a hotel stuff some room's bathrooms have the same leakage problem.

Only choice in that area if you are there for the University Hospital or the other faculties.

It was excellent stay for 1 night. Location is out of city but it is very good if you are driving next day too west. Very nice, peacefull location, new hotel and free parking.

I don't see how anyone can do bursa on a day trip from Istanbul. the bus is over six hours, and leaves you at the otogar which is 45 minutes from this hotel, and another 40 minutes to the city center. the u/2 bus leaves from the ferry terminal at mudagna six times a day, and does not necessarily coordinate with the ferry's arrival. the alternative is to take a bus from the ferry to the bursa otogar, and then another bus to thehotel, which is another 40 minute metro ride to the city center. the u/2 stops right across the street from the holiday inn (10 meter walk). hotel is fine.

Room was clean, Staff were friendly-ish. The hotel is pretty much on its own. Nothing of any note with in walking distance. Considering that the food is very poor. The "restaurant" is actually a buffet bar, and not very good either for the price. I ended up eating room service after the first night, it didn't fair much better but at least you had a wider choice. The bar has a happy hour 18:00-19:30 unfortunately it has the fewest selection of drinks to choose from I have seen in a bar. I would only stay there again because of the location is handy for me for business purposes, however if I find another hotel in the same area I wouldn't hesitate to give that a go.

Nice hotel but let down by the location. 15 - 20 minute taxi ride into Bursa.

Oda servisi erken saatte bitiyor onun dışında keyifli bir konaklamaydı.
