Amazing customer service at the lobby and cafe, only negative point, theres no AC in the elevator and corridor. We stayed 4 night, cleanning room was not perfect but acceptable.

Good location.Decent breakfast buffet. The rooms did not include a basic necessity of blankets for all guests. Had to request this separately but got only one double blanket. The hotel staff told that it’s their policy to give only one double blankets and no more. Never heard of such thing before.

Otel müdürüyle görüşmek istedim fakat beyefendi de lütfedip dönüş yapmadı. 30 yıllık seyahat acentası sahibiyim, her platformda bu kötü tecrübemi mutlaka anlatacağım.
