Everything was ok

There were issues with electricity, but solved quickly. Food - 4/5 Poor entertainment Price was good

The see is nice. The facility requires a lot if renovation Food was the lowest quality, drinks terrible

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure! Many thanks to Izzit for his help to make our dining experience more pleasant.

We had an amazing time! Such a beautiful resort! Loved that there was always bottled water available around the resort and in our room at all times. Guest relations Asra was adorable and went out of her way to make my sister’s birthday extra special with cake and wine. Our housekeeper was sweet, helpful and always smiling. Baha, Khalil and Vidad always checked in and made us feel comfortable and special. We enjoyed the Turkish hammam very much, the girls made us feel very comfortable for our first one. Our dinner at the a la cart Turkish restaurant was delicious and lovely with the sun setting. The bartenders and waiters were friendly and attentive. The resort was on beach so we enjoyed a nice walk to the marina each day where there were many restaurants and souvenir/shopping. Only recommendations would be having pastries/croissants at the buffet breakfast and sparkling wines and prosecco at the bars. Thank you! Karoleen & Candy

The staff wasn’t attentive or helpful at all. The showers were full of mold and the toilet didn’t work. When we asked to switch rooms they said all the rooms are like that and they have nothing available. When we showed them the pics the manager claimed he would switch rooms in the morning. Morning came and when we went o the front desk they said he wasn’t they. He stepped out saw us and ran back into the office. Long story short they would compensate us with again and didn’t change our room or clean the mold and fix the toilet. The 4 days that we were there the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. Dirty glasses were left in the room and the bed wasn’t made. We didn’t even get fresh towels. They left them in the floor and didn’t leave clean ones.

This was our 2nd visit to LABRANDA TMT and they never fail to amaze us. Such a beautiful hotel and wonderful team around (restaurant staff, entertainment team etc). We will certainly be visiting again

Great location, friendly staff and good quality and variety of food

The hotel is very dated but is in a good location. The staff around the hotel were mostly friendly, however the reception staff I found were unhelpful. I would also suggest the hotel look into its catering, the food was very average which is surprising for Turkey.

Not staying again

The food sucks, service slow and bad, rooms dirty, food again was bad, dirty all around, elevators are broken, no conditioner, no toilet paper, pillows are like rocks, blanket like napkin, ac not there, bring your own blow dryer, peach fuse tea tastes like sand, overpriced hookah, music is really good though shout-out to the dj.

Our stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming, especially considering it’s suppose to be a 5-star. The property is in disrepair and does not live up to expectations. We opted for the all-inclusive package, but even basic amenities like bottled water were hard to come by. To get water, you have a wait in line at a bar. Suggestion: If you’re traveling with family, avoid sitting by the bridge around the pool area as couples often engage in inappropriate behavior there. Additionally, the hotel’s photographers constantly try to take your pictures and then sell them to you, which was quite bothersome. The one redeeming aspect was the dinner. The food was decent, though they ran out of several items, so it’s best to dine early. The sea area offers a better experience for quality time, but the presence of boats near the second swimming pier often results in unpleasant gas odors. Overall: I would never come back to this hotel.

Everything is good just bathroom is not very clean the other think everything is good thanks for your help

Very dirty out of the rooms with a lot of bugs around and not had even very basic things like hair conditioner.

Room: bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. Every time I took a shower all water was on the floor. I told about this to the receptionist and asked to change room however lady said there is no room available for me to change. She said someone will come to fix but no one came. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and in the Hillside block hall where we stayed. They put some adore-blocking pad to solve the problem in the bathroom however it didn’t disappear in the hallway of the building. Sewage needs fixing or cleaning. The AC in the room was very loud and old. I could not sleep with AC on. It was too much noise. When I opened the balcony door one night for the fresh air, later on I have discovered 3 massive cockroaches in the room. They scared me and I couldn’t sleep all night until I spotted them all and killed. It was stressful. Since that moment I didn’t open balcony door so every night I had difficulty falling asleep in the hot room. Avoid staying at Hillside blocks at all costs. I think it’s where standard rooms are located. They need renovations. Hotel: one day baby pool was blocked and smelled of sewage. It was dark yellow colour. Food was running low in the restaurant and not refilled on time most of the times. Every morning when I came to find a sun-bed by the pool it was all occupied with towels and no people laying down on them. disgraceful ! It has to be controlled by the staff. The only positive thing there is nature, sea and views.

Absolutely awful worse hotel I have stayed in and I’ve stayed at a few of the Labranda hotels which is why we chose this one. The hotel dining areas are filthy tables never cleaned no clean cutlery had to keep asking at every meal time, mouldy cheese being put out. Stale food. Toilets at pool area were absolutely disgusting no one checking the state they were in! Had to walk all the way back to reception if you needed the toilet the only ones that were half decent! The hotel was over run with dogs in a dog lover so didn’t bother me but if you don’t like dogs you are screwed! They are everywhere! Never again it was awful experience

Lovely welcome on arrival.. Room clean and bright, Balcony not enough room for a chair so that was a disappoint, Pool area and surrounding areas were well maintained Staff friendly and happy to help Food great selection to suit everyone
