The staff here is absolutely great!! They treated very excellent, quite frankly one the best stays I have ever experienced. You were located well within many attractions, nothing was very far from this location. I snorkeled a lot right off the beach of this hotel and there was wonderful things to see. My wife and I want to come back soon and I would recommend this location as a stay to anyone who asks. Thanks Windsong for a great experience!!

The staff and facility were phenomenal. Very clean and accommodating stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy and comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Highly recommend Windsong for your future stay.

Garey was great help. Don’t use the safes in the room. We had $200 “disappear” from ours and came into the room several times with it open when we had locked it.

After Expedia screwed up my reservation the hotel manager went out of her way to accommodate me switched me and my family to the best suite in the hotel which I enjoyed my stay very much!

Our room was exceptional in Building 4 with pool access walk out. Absolutely beautifully appointed, clean and the pool access was wonderful. The dining options are very limited and service across the property is really spotty. It didn't give "exceptional service" at all - more mediocre.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5, kids ages 9, 12, and 14. The property itself is beautiful and the grounds immaculate. My only complaint is that the pool got a little murky, but I’m sure that is hard to combat with all of the kids in and out. I did see them treating it in the morning.
The reef and snorkeling was amazing and the workers at the beach were extremely helpful for everything we needed.
The food was great, drinks wonderful, and the room had everything we needed. There were always chairs available and it never felt crowded. There were times when we were the only ones in the pool.
I would definitely go back.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful weeklong stay in the Bungalows at Windsong on the Reef. The resort is clean, beautiful, and well staffed. The Bungalow was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The only downside would be the onsite dining, it was just ok. We typically ate off the resort since we had a car. The location is absolutely perfect with wonderful snorkeling right outside the resort and a gorgeous stretch of beach. There were plenty of chairs by the pool and outside on the beach. Our favorite spot was in the shaded cabanas up on the dune. We would 100% visit again and Windsong is where we will stay!
