This was not my best experience at this hotel. The room did not have hot water, it was warm, and the wear and tear is showing.
I Hope they improve as more often than not it is a 10/10 review.

I stayed at Dusit Thani as part of my stopover from a trip to South India and Goa. Dusit Thani was a great choice and is a luxurious hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and taken up to the Club Floor, where I was given a welcome drink and checked into my room. The room was well appointed, and we were directed there by Rajeev, the Manager on Duty. He ensured we were happy with the room, and pre-check-in requirements were in place. Lydia was efficient in checking us in and ensuring we were well looked after in the Club Lounge for afternoon tea or evening canapes. During my stay, I was unable to use the pool, but it had been upgraded and had a nice ambiance. Breakfast had a great variety and choice, even during Ramadan. The chefs, Veenu, Pradeep, Roche, Bharat, and Param, were attentive. Other staff, including Madhan and Abhinav, were also very attentive. During my stay, Anurag and Sabita ensured our stay was going well via email or the Dusit Gold App. Rasheed and his team safely received and stored my deliveries. Other helpful staff included Roko, Lily, Danelle, Danijl, and Prabha. The Housekeeping team was superb at cleaning the room, and Ijaz and Qaiser from the Valet Team helped with parking my rental car. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my future visit.
