Comfortable and well appointed hotel with a good sized roof top pool. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Our experience for staying in four points sheraton was good, especially i want to shout out for Catherine our floor attendant was very professional, very humble and hard-worker, whenever we asked for something she always says Yes Sir, her normally shift is 7 to 5 or 8 to 5 and couple of times we asked her right about her time to leave but she didn't say no ever, The hotel management should appreciate her hard-work and dedication, Good Job to Catherine, and man load our luggage very helpful, all the front desk people were very helpful and professional.

Lovely, professional staff who were attentive to and had positive interest in their clients needs and wants. Very quick to address requests.
Room was clean, comfortable and not ridiculously small, as many are elsewhere now. Bed was perfect. All facilities in room were great and room service and laundry service were very prompt.

I took my family on a vacation and chose this property for its proximity to most places and attractions of Dubai. It was also my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a cake and decorations on our return to the room. Neena is a wonderful staff member and so are everyone else.
